It's okay I guess
I was expecting quite a decent upgrade coming from the Buds 2 but feel a bit disappointed tbh.
1. The Buds 2 sealed better
2. Pinching and sliding sucks when you have your hands busy. Could control the buds 2 with the backs on my hands or even forearms.
3. Buds 3 Pro require more volume.

They are good headphones, the noise cancelling works well and they fit really well into the ear. I do have issues using the pinch control sometimes. There is also a weird whistling noise that comes through sometimes when I touch the outside of the head phones but it's a minor issue.

Samsung's ear buds now feel premium
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immediately when unboxing the product you're met with a very high end feeling product. The case alone, from it's sleek design, really gives a sense that you have a premium device in hand.
When listening to music for the first time you're immediately met with a very punchy base and quality sound, the best of all Samsung ear bud products I've used. The noise cancellation works brilliantly, which I find perfect for use in the gym.
Additionally, the squeeze controls on the earbuds are very intuitive. Different gestures can be programmed via galaxy wearable app from your smart phone device.
From the purely aesthetic perspective, the earphones themselves look very sleek. Samsung have adopted a more elongated design as opposed to the previous buds. The result being a device which looks brilliant as an accessory.
Overall I am very impressed by Samsung's offering. They've iterated on their previous designs well over the years, but this feels a truly great step up.

Really like these buds. Comfortable to wear and the noise cancellation is excellent. I did have a bit of difficulty changing the rubber bits that go in you ear, but other than that, I'm very happy with them. A big upgrade from the Galaxy Buds Pro 1 that I previously had.

Great audio, fits comfortably the change to a button to pause etc stops accidental presses which is nice. Battery life is more then sufficient for an entire day and charges quick aswell. Only pick at it would be, be nice to be able to turn the LED strips with the app

Decent but one for the purists
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as happy with these as I was with the previous version. The current design makes them cumbersome and I find they don't fit in my ears so well, alongside being too easy to nudge. The build quality feels a step down too. That said, the sound is crisp and clear and the ANC quality is strong. Various soundprofile and EQ settings mean its easy to find and store different settings for different types of audio. The battery life is okay. The quick charge feature really help with this too, especially on busy days in the office. Controls are a little clunky, particularly the volume control which usually results in earbuds falling out. I have had no issue with connectivity which has been plain sailing. One other small gripe - one bud occasionally emits a feedback-like screech. I have no idea why or how to stop it but it only happened following the last update.
Over all I would say they're decent buds but imagine there are better at this price point. One for Samsung purists.

New Design & Superior Sound Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have progressed from earlier editions and have a more triangular bud, along with “stems”, which have blade lights, indicating battery life and connectivity power. The stems can be controlled by pinching or by gestures, allowing the user to change volume, stop/start music and answer phone calls.
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are comfortable to wear and are supplied with three sets of ear tips for the best fit. They fit snugly and felt secure whilst wearing around the home and garden.
On opening the case to the Buds 3 Pro, they automatically connected to my Samsung phone, with no need to set up pairing.
The sound quality, even at a high volume, is excellent, with great noise cancelling features.
Battery life is solid, both in terms of the case and the Buds. After seven hours playing overnight, the battery was still ok.
These Galaxy Buds3 Pro are a step-up from the Buds2 and I look forward to making full use of the different features over the coming weeks

Uncomfortable, and not good in wind.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offer great sound quality and decent active noise cancellation, but that's all the positive aspects I can mention. Compared to my original Galaxy Buds, the Buds3 Pro are less comfortable to wear, especially when using them in bed. Additionally, while wearing the Buds3 Pro outdoors on a windy day, you can hear a lot of wind noise. This issue is even worse when active noise cancellation is turned on. Wind noise is significantly less noticeable on my original Galaxy Buds. Lastly, the control scheme is not ideal. You have to pinch the stem of the buds quite hard to control music, which sometimes causes the buds to move around in my ear, requiring a readjustment. The tapping control scheme on the original Galaxy Buds is much better in this regard. Also, it is very easy to accidentally swipe the stem and change the volume when putting on or taking off the buds, and there is no option to disable this without also disabling the gestures to play, pause, and skip music.

Nice improvements
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had the bud 2's and although I liked them,I couldn't get them to stay in my ears especially when bending down (few close calls when picking up after my dog) and the touch sensitively could be set off by my hair at times.
Both these issues have been resolved. They fit in to my ears well and feel nice and secure even when moving about. The "buttons" took a bit of getting used to but noe find easy and haven't accidentally adjusted anything when brushed against.
The noise cancelling is great though I do find it a little more sensitive than the 2's as a have a piercing in right ear that pushes against the bud and stops it working (not an issue I had before)
The sound it clear great for audiobooks and music is rich and I'm sure for someone more inclined adjustments in settings even better.
Charging is quick,charge lasts well listening most of the day with no issues. Case keeps then more secure than previous which is great knowing if lid comes open there not easily falling out.

Doesn't fit in ear properly
I love the device with it sound quality and noise cancellation but the problem is have with it is that my ears are small and it doesn't fit in properly and often falls off and it is impossible to change the rubber for a smaller one

Everything was fine until after about 4 weeks when I constant beeping started in the right earbud I have tried everything to get rid of this including resets but the beeping just keeps coming back making the earbuds unusable

I have owned all but the Live earbuds and the best for me are the Buds2Pro, then Buds3Pro are better in every way, but i dislike the blade touch control and sadly for me the eartip fits were not good resulting in poor ANC.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).
