Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's perfect yet need to polish the ui a little I use them for 3 weeks now and i find them almost perfect. Yet I would prefer if i could change the touch pad to this adjustments: -tap RIght: Play pause Left: Active ambient sound i dislike holding for to long...for this function until it activates i already dont need it -long press Right: Voice commands Left: Custom And everything else the same with double tap and triple tap Also should implant the earbuds functions or waerable app to the settings in the notification panel or somthing to active functions faster cause now it feels so sluggish Please fix this -iliya

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Samsung Buds drop out I purchased my Galaxy Buds 3 days ago thinking that this would be a good replacement for my ear phones that were destroyed by our new cat. Sadly on each and every call that I have received or initiated the right ear bud drops out. This is very frustrating. I have endeavoured to correct the issue by un-pairing and re-pairing with my Galaxy Note 8 however without success. I note that others have also indicated that they have the same issue with the Buds. If no fix available ... sadly these will be returned to the vendor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Received whats promised!! Got the pods in a redemption gift which is amazing! I have small ears and have never been able to use any wireless pods as they always fall out though the galaxy pods stay in perfectly. Phone calls work clearer on my Galaxy Pods then my JBL headphones so its so much better! Haven't had the disconnection issue that some people mentioned when on calls though I have the 10s phone so they were released together so assume it works better as they were made for each other. Overall I am happy with what Samsung has provided. There was about 3 times that the left pod disconnected while in my ear though it only lasted for 2 seconds so no big deal for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid earbud I got a good deal on a pair of buds and am happy with my purchase. I enjoy the fit and feel of the bud and it provides a good seal where I struggle with other buds like the AirPods. Because of this it makes the clarity of the music quiet good and clear and of excellent quality( I use an apple device at the moment so can only assume access to the eq would enhance this further depending on your taste) I will admit that using the buds for phone calls is not high on my uses for this product so the mic quality is not a huge issue for me but should be noted if you frequently use this feature you may be disappointed and it may be lacking in this area. The build quality is great and the buds don’t feel flimsy. Touch controls work as advertised and are responsive. I love the case, it is small and compact and I think by far the most amazing feature included in the price wireless charging. All in all I am super happy with the product, so if you intend to use the buds for casual daily usage listening to music while on the go then I can highly recommend these buds main take always are if you intend to use for phone calls you may receive complaints from people on the other end being unable to hear you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Mic Bought these to replace another leading brand of bluetooth headphones. was swayed by being a Galaxy Note 9 owner and thought the 'eco-system' benefits. Sound quality on my end is ok for music, and great for calls. But 100% failer on mic front. every call the person on the other end complains of noise and dropouts. terrible result for ear buds this expensive. will be returning them for repair or swap for another brand. reading online it seems this is a very common experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not quite what I was expecting Was pretty excited to use my new Samsung Buds. Used up the factory battery and they seemed good, charged up the case to 100%, then charged the buds to 100%. Used them for some video streaming for say 30-40 mins(90% battery remaining), put them on my bedside table for say a day and a half, left my Bluetooth turned off of course. When I picked them up to use them for some jobs round the house they wouldn't connect to my phone (s9+) was abit confused to why, tried putting them on charge, they were completely flat, put them on charge, started charging at 5%. I love Samsung, but I need ear phones/head phones that can hold battery if I put them down for half a day/a day here and there. Other reviews sound good and some great, this is just from my personal experience.
