Rated 3 out of 5 by from Over time it became uncomfortable Ear size - small It has been several month since I bought this product. At first, my ear adjusted well. The sound quality was not too clear but I was fine with it. However over time, my ears begin to ache. What used to be several hours of wearing turn into half an hour. I can't bear the discomfort. It is an annoying pinch on the outer upper of my ear. Even after I took off the product, that upper part of my ears still aches for a while.

I appreciate that I bought the first one from a third party and you still gave me a new replacement. That was excellent service that even products from a third party can be replace. While I am there its silent, I learned that Soundcore is offering a try me before I buy it. It's my luck day. Quiet time is over for me. I want to run the track while I listen to music. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good product. The only issue is that the speakers are smaller than my previous earbuds, so when I smile, sing, or unconsciously shift my ears, I lose a lot of the sound. They work perfectly besides that, and I know it’s just a personal issue of my own face configuration.
