Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just ok I have a new Breville juicer and I am unhappy with a few things. When I tried kale, 90% of it flew straight in the pulp catcher! A whole container of kale, only to get 1/16” juice. Rhe pulp collected on too of the machine & never shot into the pulp catcher when juicing carrots! Had to clean it 3x cause it clogged. Not what I expected. Celery juice was good, nothing else.

It produces great juice and is easy to clean, also like the cold press feature and the ability to store juice for a longer period.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT JUICER!! I absolutely love this Juicer! I had a masticating juicer prior to this, it was slow and often clogged when juicing which made the process much longer. This juicer is spectacular!! I process beets, carrots, apples, and ginger in minutes! The large feed tube sets this apart, can process whole fruits and vegetables instantly. As for the waste, beets, carrots, and apples, are reduced to a sawdust consistency as expected, more watery fruits, oranges, pineapples etc. are more wet, as to be expected because these fruits consist mostly of water. I've used this machine everyday since I've received it, great buy!! Do yourself a favor, watch the America's Test Kitchen review on it's proper use, read the manual, and sit back and enjoy some delicious Juice!! Well Done Breville!!

I really like the 70 oz. container as it allows me to make two large cups of juice for my wife and I with one juicing. The part I don't like is the 850 watt motor as opposed to the 1000 watt motor that I used to have on my other two Breville Juicers. The 805 watt motor struggles with beets and whole lemons.

I eventually came across this one, and Im so glad I did. It juices spinach and kale wonderfully. Its very easy to use, and clean. It works great. I highly recommend this juicer.

I start health improving things then they fade away, but it's been 6 weeks that I've enjoyed a freshly made juice at least once but mostly twice a day. Cleaning the unit is so easy and there are so many varieties and flavours I've discovered, and I feel amazing on myself, I am so happy with my Juice Fountain. I will keep juicing and smiling!

It takes seconds to juice anything and everything, including the kitchen sink, almost... But seriously, it is so fast, and if the fruits and veggies are still cold right out of the refrigerator, the drinks are cold too! Immediate drinks and clean up is easy, especially if you place a bag in the pulp container so no extra mess and less parts to wash out. I love it and am very glad we bought it. Thanx!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good juicer but "cold" Lol they're great juicers for what they are but the use of the buzz word "cold" refers to the superior "cold press" juicers which this is NOT. Do your research. This is a centrifugal juicer not an auger or cold press design which, in theory, produce less heat which is better. It juices faster than an auger or cold press but the quality of juice coming out is not as good.

The juice is ready in the blink of an eye and I love the pitcher that keeps the froth from going into my glass. What I don’t like is that too much of veg/fruit pulp sticks to the chute cover rather than going into the pulp container and I have to scrape it off. I’ve had other juicers that the pulp went directly into the pulp container without leaving a mess. I’ve tried placing the fruit/veg in different size pieces, in different order but no matter what at least 1/2 of the pulp sticks to the chute cover!!! Makes cleaning it just a chore!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FABULOUS MACHINE I read and researched for weeks prior to getting this juicer. Looking at many different reviews after ordering it, I was getting worried! Well I got and used it and couldn't be happier!! VERY dry pulp, super easy to clean, and GREAT fresh juice!!! Secret to spinach, kale, green herbs, put apple half in shoot dropping gently so as not to start juicing, pack in your greens in shoot and place 1/2 apple on top, press in, and it works wonderfully!!! I could see how just doing greens alone wouldn't work as well, but if you put high juice yield fruit or veggie on top and bottom, helps juice the leaves!! If your not getting much juice or it's leaking it's most likely the screen is blocked, this could happen if your not cleaning thoroughly in between juicing or not cleaning immediately after. Put a plastic veggie bag in the pulp container for effortless clean up, I use this as compost in my garden and plants!! Happy juicing!!!

I have experienced some leaking from the juicer but discovered that I hadn't reattached the lid to the pulp container fully which has seem to largely resolve my issue. The froth separation advertised is a huge exaggeration because I get significant froth; that's not a deal breaker for me because after stirring the mixture all is well but I at that price point it should work as advertised, I'm curious what attachment serves as the froth strainer, maybe I'm missing a piece

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good hybrid juicer, but make sure you do your research before buying! I've used several different juicers in a lab setting (I'm a food scientist). A lot of reviews on here are complaining about this juicer having too much waste / froth. That's typical of centrifugal juicers, and this juicer is a bit of a hybrid centrifugal juicer. The way the blade structure and mesh works on this you get a bit of the best of both worlds. The blade on here will generate less friction than a lot of standard juicers and definitely less than a blender, but it still does not have the same juicing properties as a masticating grinder (aka slow juicer or cold press juicer). Those juicers are ideal if you want the least amount of waste, no foam, etc. They use a physical augur (like a corkscrew) to crush the product to create the juice. The thing to keep in mind is those tend to be bulkier, much slower, more expensive, and you can't just put a ton of stuff in at once like you can with this juicer. So far I think this is a nice in-between, and I definitely like it more than some of the traditional centrifugal juicers I've used. It's super easy to clean too just rinsing 3 parts in a sink which I like. If you are having trouble juicing stuff like hardy leafy greens like kale I'd suggest you cut them and mix them with a small amount of water or other juice when you add them to the mixer. I do think they could be a bit better with naming this device though. The "Cold" in the name implies that it acts like a normal cold press juicer when it really is more of a hybrid centrifugal juicer. I think it's slightly misleading to people that have 0 experience with juicers and is probably why there are a bunch of negative reviews. I'm taking one star off because of the misleading name, but otherwise it's a good juicer. However do not buy it if you are specifically looking for a "Cold press" or "Masticating" juicer.

You can grind a lot of juice at a time for a few days, and it's the best I've ever seen. I'm so glad to know it. I like the blade because it's not dangerous.also It's easy to disassemble when wash it. it's good! I strongly recommended it. My friend wants to buy it too~ I'll use it well.

I was gifted this juicer & I see why. the first couple of times I used it it was fine. Then last night I used it I juiced a grapefruit, 10 oranges, 2 carrots, & ginger and didn’t even get 32oz. All the pulp was wet and the waste basket was filled with juice!!! Just too much work for such little output. Highly disappointed!!!

Will it take whole oranges washed but unpeeled?

Hi Joanne, While it does have an extra-wide 84mm chute feed, that you can insert whole fruits and veggies, the manufacturer strongly recommends that Citrus fruits with thick pith or skin should be peeled before juicing. This includes oranges, lemons, and mandarins, as the skin and pith can make the juice bitter. We trust this helps with your query
