I just came here to see if there is any service for it since the turn on/off wheel is not working anymore. But it still does the job when plugged in. We make juices everyday for the whole family and I have never had any issues before. Great product!

In the mean time since we use the juicer on a regular we invested in your Bluicer model and are happy with that also. Before we found Breville we had gone through at least 5 other brands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Juicer Great product the size of the box is half of your body. So big box, easy to setup up and clean down. It's got a low tone when on. Quick when juicing. The jug is a good addition to be able to leave the juice in there and store away once juice is made. I think it's a good buy. Hopefully good longevity.

In the throw away container. I have to physically squeeze the remains with a cheese clothe. Which in fact has done a way better job than this piece of junk.

Now we have a lot of wastage everytime we make juice as the pieces easily fly into the trash due to the chip. Would be nice if Breville would be able to send a replacement.

The spout that the juice poor's out isn't though, I have to use a straw cleaner. It is reasonably quiet and take take a while apple - although only small whole apples.

Pineapples get clogged in the blades and cause juice to come out from under the basin! I think I need a new blade but can’t find out where to get one.

Price is fair. There is a small amount of pulp, however, it's easy to manually strain a second time, if preferred. Superb product.

It is really easy to clean, and very easy to use. You can easily juice 2 litres without having to clean out the juicer too. Love it!

It must happen often as the cover is sold out on the breville website. To add insult to injury, it was not covered under the warranty. Definitely would not buy again

It is so easy to clean, pulp left behind is quite dry plus it looks classy and is my prettiest kitchen appliance. I would definitely recommend this especially if you're juicing for your whole family.

Super easy to clean - just a quick rinse and its done and juice extraction is very fast. Love the new extra large jug. We also have a cold press juicer and we prefer using this juicer on a daily basis.

All the fruit and vegetables has a lot o juice remain in the dispenser, today pieces of the carrots get in my jar. and the feature Cold, really not make sense. I believe need my money back.

There has to be an easier less cumbersome way of assembling and cleaning it. That said I'm trying to juice up a skinny man from a fat guys body

Contacted Customer Care without much success in resolving the issues. It was boxed back up and is sitting idle in the garage. I would not recommend.

Will it take whole oranges washed but unpeeled?

Hi Joanne, While it does have an extra-wide 84mm chute feed, that you can insert whole fruits and veggies, the manufacturer strongly recommends that Citrus fruits with thick pith or skin should be peeled before juicing. This includes oranges, lemons, and mandarins, as the skin and pith can make the juice bitter. We trust this helps with your query
