An unfortunate purchase and bad service
This is the first 1-star review I have ever had to do. I bought this heater to use in my office, but bought larger than required so I could multi purpose. The wifi connect was important to me as most of my electronics/appliances are smart. Connecting it was relatively easy but the app (My Comfort Hub) is dreadful…constantly erroring. After just two weeks the first heater died. Thanks to the retailer it was an easy return. I got a replacement. The app still constantly errors and there are no physical dials to use instead, I called de Longhi support as I want to return it but as it technically works it’s difficult. I never heard back from them. I bought de Longhi because I thought it was a quality brand but am bitterly disappointed. I would not buy this heater and based on service don’t buy de Longhi.

Heater good app is rubbish
Heater standalone is grate but the app is rubbish slow to connect and several things do not work at all such as night light that is to turn down the temp display for sleeping as well scheduling not only is it confusing to set but so far it has failed to actually work properly it worked when i set it and as a test with the app active and open on my phone the next night nothing happened it did not turn on as set by the schedule had to manually turn it on and when i opened the app on my phone there was no schedule set despite the fact i had set it up the night before

Heater worked amazing! Thinking of getting another for my son’s room. App is very slow always tells me “something went wrong” when you’re trying to turn the heater on away from home.
