Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to make High protein ice cream [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have experimented using a few flavours and they taste amazing! Once I worked out how to use the machine the first time it is now super easy. Making sure im prepared by always storing my bowl in the freezer means I can whip up a protein packed icecream whenever I feel like it. I like to also freeze my blended mix as it makes the ice cream thicker in my opinion.

It’s easy to use and makes a generous amount — I usually make the maximum batch and freeze it in small 120ml containers, which is super convenient. The texture turns out great, and I love that I can adjust the sweetness myself since supermarket ice creams can be a bit too sugary. It’s also a fun little project for kids — they can help mix ingredients and watch the ice cream come together. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work Got this a week ago and tried making ice cream twice. The first time I got the same liquid eggy custard I poured in after 1,5h of churning (it had gotten some chunks in it in the process and then just warmed up and melted), but was willing to give it another go as I thought the house might have been a bit warm that day. Today (20c degree day) I tried again with just whole milk and protein powder. The ice bowl had been in the freezer for 3 days and the milk was ice cold. Churned for 30min and got a slushie at best, with some parts still pooling liquid around the ice. The bowl is too small to keep cold for enough time to make ice cream and there's no insulation around it either, meaning it just comes to room temp within 30min, especially if it's a warmer day. Pretty useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money if you live in Queensland. Ice cream does not form well in the machine, even after following the instructions of waiting 24 hours. The recipe code on the book and on the box does not go to a recipe. Was thoroughly disappointed by the outcome of this product, I would be better off without the machine. In 20 minutes the bowl had already lost its coldness. Would probably work well in a colder climate.
