Great but faulty product
I loved my creami. Made amazing dairy free ice creams but the reviews about the blade falling out are unfortunately true. This is what mine did when the blade fell out…(see image). So disappointed as I thought Ninja products had a reputation to last. I’m not sure if the new model does the same thing but seems like you’re almost guaranteed to have the blade issue with this model

Such a great machine. Full disclosure, its quite loud, but for the outcome, who cares... Canned fruit becomes delicious sorbet, yoghurt and berries become frozen yoghurt delights, use coconut cream and soy/almond milk for low fat ice cream options (coffee and choc are so good!), or just create a standard ice cream and mix in little treats at the end... my partner always complained there was only one ice cream option at a time in the freezer... now theres many and little does he know most of it is low calorie and high protein...!

Before purchasing this machine, I read numerous reviews, and I must say I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. I bought it to make healthier recipes, particularly those involving protein powders. I've been experimenting with various recipes, and I love the texture it produces. The mixture that comes out of the freezer is completely icy, but after a quick spin, it becomes incredibly creamy, almost like magic.

Awesome machine
We really likes this ice cream maker and we're very happy with it.
The only negative comment we have is that it should come with a set of ear defenders/plugs as it's very, very loud.
(We should have bought one years ago).

Works well, it's best to find recipes online. I'd recommend allowing the tub to defrost for 10 to 20 minutes after taking it out. I use it more than I thought I would.

Where has this been all my life! Every night for the last 7 weeks since owning a Creami we have been enjoying treats of sorbets, gelatos and icecream. We are low ish carb and to make amazing icecream with only 5g carbs per serving is amazing in my book. It’s been a lot of experimenting and research but learning about stabilisers has really upped my game. Better than Weiss sorbets and decadent choc ice creams are coming out every night now. I love it so much! Inulin and guar gum stabilisers are cheap and easy to turn meh into amazing.

I'm hooked on ninja creami ice cream
My sister gave me a tase of ice cream she made with her ninja creami ice cream maker and we both hopped into her car and went to buy me one. This is one of the best kitchen appliances I have ever bought. I use it at least every second day and need to stop myself from having ice cream at lunch time :-). Great purchase, I can highly recommend it.

Great machine to make your own healthy icecream, sorbet, smoothie etc. It's the main way I get my daily protein since I can't stand the protein shakes. Even my picky icecream loving husband approves of most of the creations. The only thing that I don't like about it is the lid design being harder to clean as you can't get into all the nooks and crannies. And that the extra pint tubs are hard to get. If you buy a Ninja Creami you won't be disappointed with the creations though.

Pretty bad, and not very coolio.
I got this for my birthday, and I mafe a total of 2 ice-creams before it stopped working. The lights started half glitches, and it wouldn't register any sense of touch. I've looked online, scoured through manuals and other alternative resources and alot of others came back with the same results. It was a lovely product, but it only lasted, not even two weeks before it gave out.

Machine ever!
With a family of icecream lovers this machine has way surpassed any expectations. We have had other machines over the years, though none come close to the ease, convenience and simplicity of the ninja creami
Perfect results every time.
Soft serve, sorbet, frozen yogurt all within minutes.
Easy clean and can make multiple servings to please all tastes of the family
Only downside is machine is extremely noisy and only includes 3 tubs . Seperate tubs are very expensive.

Completely hazardous
After 3 uses, this machine totally broke on me. The spinning mechanism completely gauged out the inner part of the blade which left metal shards all through my ice cream. Outcome of a cheaply produced product. Luckily I noticed the metal before eating the ice cream otherwise the sharp splints could've sent me straight to the emergency department. This product is no good.
