I’m obsessed. It’s sleek, fast, and makes every brew feel like a ritual The kettle holds 1.7 litres and you can set the temperature to brew your tea to perfection. I love that the temperature gage increases as the water temperature increases giving you an accurate read on how hot the water is getting.

The matte black finish is sleek and stylish, and it actually looks beautiful sitting out which says a lot considering most kettles get shoved away in a cupboard! My idea of Pros: * Boils water fast * Large 1.7L capacity, great when making tea for a crowd * Quiet operation * Auto shut-off and 360° swivel base make it super safe and user-friendly * Easy to clean with a removable filter * Feels sturdy and well made My list of Cons: * The exterior can get a bit hot after boiling, so I’m mindful when pouring * Slightly heavier than some plastic kettles, but worth it for the quality and look

Comparing to my old kettle which is roughly the same price, I found the Delonghi so much better quality. I love the I could make cups of tea or hot chocolate or coffee and control the water temperature. I make a warm cup of herbal tea for my son with water that’s not too hot and then I up the temperature to boil a little more for myself. This is a clever function which I would definitely be using. I love that you can also set the temperature on the kettle to stay consistent. For example. If you click on the steam button and add the temperature you want the water at, it will automatically switch on to reboil it to that temperature. Another nifty function, I won’t use it often but it’s great to have. I love the overall aesthetic of the kettle too.
