I’ve been using the same model at work for a while and was so impressed that I had to get one for home too. No regrets at all. The flatbed design is a game changer – no turntable means there’s more room inside, and it’s way easier to clean. Heats evenly, runs quietly, and looks sleek on the bench. Highly recommend if you’re after something reliable, practical, and easy to use.

I live in the country and there is no electrical shops where I live and if a product breaks down you buy the first thing you can get your hands on. Christmas Day the old microwave dies, you beauty I have a good microwave with a good brand name still in the box. Get it out and plugged in. It also work well functionally and room excellent.

Nice look, easy to clean and works similarly as a microwave with turn- table. I notice that the middle part of the food needs to stir to get evenly heating. (It's advertised as doing that better compared to a turn-table microwave). Lettering is a little dim which is hard to read when the light is low. If it wasn't on sale I wouldn't have bought it.

It heats food evenly and way faster than my old microwave, and the big interior means I don’t have to play Tetris with my plates. The touch controls are super simple, and the whole thing feels solid and easy to clean. It’s also quieter than I expected. The fact that it doesn't have a turntable takes a little getting used as not seeing the food rotate around was a bit strange at first but on the plus side you have sooo much more room in the microwave with a smaller footprint. Thoroughly recommend this Panasonic microwave.

It fits my lasagne tray and cooks through so evenly. I'm also a huge fan of the MELT/ SOFTEN function.. THAT is a massive game changer when butter , chocolate or icecream need to be softened or melted. The controls are simple & easy to read, The Power is perfect to cook evenly & the machine itself looks very stylish.

Absolutely loved the first one however was certainly showing signs of wear and tear after 13 yrs. We would have originally replaced the keypad membrane that was starting to play up however then discovered the top of the inside appears to be melting. Yep melting. Didn't appear to have any rust and was still heating food fantastic but we decided that we would not poison ourselves. We decided to buy another panasonic for the fact it did last 13 years i hope this model lives up to its predecessor. I love the new window on this model as well as the lights are brighter. So glad we picked another panasonic. The last model was the nn sf574s and this model looks exactly the same.

Due the there being no turntable it can accommodate larger and squarer dishes. It is also simple to operate and works really well much better than it's predecessor. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the flatbed units.

Reheating and defrosting is super precise — I’ve used it for everything from frozen bread to chicken and it doesn’t leave weird, cooked patches like older microwaves do. The flatbed design is a huge plus too. No turntable means I can fit in larger or odd-shaped containers, and cleaning the interior is so much easier without anything to remove or wipe under. With no turntable, you can fit larger square dishes in and with Panasonic's inverter technology, it powerfully heats to perfection. The controls are easy to understand but it would have been nice to be able to do seconds as opposed to +10 sec, +1 min, +10 min only.

The multiple cooking settings provide good ways to heat the food. Specially like the butter one as the soft heating can keep the inside clean and tidy. Overall, the heating power is nicer than my previous models from various brands. My family uses the new microwave oven daily and can’t cook any meal without it. My first one lasts 7 years but starts to having issues with the buttons. My old parents were amazes that I bought a same microwave home. I have to say after 7 years, there are still limited options for a flatbed microwave. It is safe to go back to a good product that I am familiar with. I hope the second one can last longer.

Coolest feature is that it has no turntable, has allowed to heat up food which is larger as well as not worry about it hitting the edges of the microwave. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frequently getting H97 error [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third microwave i have gone through, over the last 6 months, there were two microwaves that is showing H97 or H98 error code, indicating a failure in the high-voltage system, usually pointing to a faulty magnetron, damaged inverter board, or faulty door switches. It signifies that the magnetron is not drawing necessary power, essentially meaning the microwave cannot heat.

No turntable to remove to clean up spills just simply wipe out the flat bottom. Love that you can cook or reheat a fairly large rectangular or square dish too as it doesn’t need to revolve. Easy to use with lots of reheating/ cooking functions based on weight or time. Highly recommend
