Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to use and set clock etc It's quite powerful - very quick to warm things up or defrost It is bigger than the one we had before. The only negative is their cooking times .......much much too long. Their guide is totally useless - beverages are boiling hot, literally. they need to adjust the automatic settings - we can't use them as everything is much too hot if we follow their timing. This is a good point, as it's actually very very quick. Happy with the purchase.

The previous microwaves had been used, and were trouble-free, for many, many years and required replacing. At this point, we've had 3 of this model microwave simply cease to function (like, they just stopped working) within 2 months of the initial purchase. Very strange!

I did the click and collect and although I was away on holiday, my order was processed very quickly, was no problem to pick up and the guy carried my microwave to my car which I appreciated very much as it was heavy. Excellent and friendly service.
