Rated 3 out of 5 by from nice qualiry materials, but seems not to be made to last. Great looking and nice quality materials. Ive had 3 in tital, o e has worked consistsntly, and obe broke and was replaced by breville under warranty. The replacement unit has now broken as well after 4 years. None of them seem to toasts the bottom of the bread equally to the top half, but its no a deal breaker. Id exoect an expebaive toastwr such as this ti last lobger to be honest. Ill buy another obe as frankly it has good features.
