nice qualiry materials, but seems not to be made to last.
Great looking and nice quality materials. Ive had 3 in tital, o e has worked consistsntly, and obe broke and was replaced by breville under warranty. The replacement unit has now broken as well after 4 years. None of them seem to toasts the bottom of the bread equally to the top half, but its no a deal breaker. Id exoect an expebaive toastwr such as this ti last lobger to be honest. Ill buy another obe as frankly it has good features.

Doesn’t Work
I bought this about 2 weeks ago and have had exactly the same issues as other people. It burns the edges of the bread whilst the middle is still un-toasted bread. I bought it because we had a two slice model which works well, but the long 4 slot model just doesn’t work.

Great toaster
Great toaster, love how it slowly emerges when done with a cute beep rather than a normal toaster with full force.
Sometimes it looks well, other times it barely toasts, so not sure what's going on there.
