Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek n convenient ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Influenster, I got to try the Diadema Toaster CTV3003.BK and I’m so grateful. Having a big family I find the long toasting slots very convenient as I can toast 4 slices of a wider bread at a time. It also enables heating various bakery items that’s really nice! The other option I like is the progressive browning option to suit different tastes of my fussy kids. The defrost option also comes in handy to defrost any frozen loaves. Cleaning the toaster is pretty easy & the sleek design looks very luxe in my kitchen.

It is an ultra long toaster so you can do 4 slices of standard bread or long slices of bread which is handy when you have artisan style bread. Apparently you can also get a rack to put on top of it to toast your croissants which seems to be a great function to have. While the buttons weren’t initially intuitive from the pictures, I managed to work this out from the instructions which were also pictorials and not in words. I have been using the 3 setting (out of 5) which seems to be a good level for me, the only thing I wished was better would be the consistency between the 2 sides as one side tends to be a bit more toasted than the other.

It toasts bread evenly on both sides and gives me the option to adjust the browning just the way I like it. The controls are straightforward and easy to use, and I like the wide slots which fit thicker slices and crumpets with no trouble. Cleaning is simple too, with the removable crumb tray making things quick and tidy. It also feels very solid and well-made, which gives me confidence it will last.
