Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic I purchased the Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution Pet Professional Carpet Cleaner about a year ago and intentionally waited to write a review as I wanted to really test it out first. I have cleaned all of my carpets 4 times over the past year and I am super impressed with this cleaner. The carpets come up beautifully and every bit as clean as getting the professionals in to do it. My only criticism is that the dirty water tank needs to be bigger as you are constantly emptying it. The cleaning solutions are quite expensive but it’s still a lot cheaper than hiring someone to do it. There is a large range of cleaning solutions and they all smell great. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it.

The pros: nice, sleek design, generous water tanks, the button for wet cleaning on the handle, wide brushes so cleanes a wide area at a time. It has 3 ckeaning setti g which i think, it is the best feature. Easy to assemble. The cons: it is quite loud and heavy which makes it difficult to maneuver. It would have been great if the wet button had a lock option so you don't have to keep it pressed when cleaning. It leaves the carpet quite wet on the max clean option, so it would have been great to have better water suction power. All in all, a good product and i would definitely buy it again.

Cleaned beautifully and smells so much better! I used a bit less chemical As need refreshing g in some areas . Works great! Should of bought years ago as had professionals in a few years ago, left marks and hopeless and said left too long! Used the Bissell and it cleaned it properly! Amazing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great cleaning, does not last Great product, loved the qaulity of cleaning, but now owning it for 2 years and can smell the sweet smell of the motor burning out, unplugged it imidiatly.. Used it once every 3 months to wash a 4 x 6 meter room. So i am sad as i hoped it will last.

I have those really thick memory foam Rugs “muscle mat and mellow mat” and I couldn’t find any reviews on how it went with those. First time and they came up exceptionally clean and dried really fast. The Bissell sucks almost all of the water out of them and there was no wetness under the rug when I was finished. I did have to go around the edges with the upholstery attachment to try and remove the water from there but it too did a great job. I am really impressed that it didn’t leave any marks on the white rug when it had dried. Definitely recommend. It’s loud and heavy but it’s an excellent little machine and does an amazing job!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WORKS VERY WELL Only used once so far on the express mode and it was great. Got a lot of dirt of the carpet considering it was the express mode. Easy to put together with detailed instructions. You get 3 sample sizes of different types of cleaning fluid. They are a decent size for samples. Comes with a variety of tools, which I have yet to use. We had our previous Bissell carpet cleaner for over 14 years and it still worked so hopeing this lasts as long, or longer. Price is great considering you have it on hand and it works for many years, much cheaper than hiring carpet cleaners in the long run.
