Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low quality and overpriced If you’re considering buying a Miele vacuum think twice - save yourself trouble and spend a few more $$$ and buy Dyson. Miele vacuums seem to be low quality (unlike other Miele appliances I have used in the past). I spent $700+ on this vacuum which did not last a year - poor and thin plastics that the main head is made of broke after a year of use. Also, the vacuum clogs constantly due to very small pipe connecting the head and the bin and requires full cleanup offer. Not to mention the inferior battery compared to Dyson. I doubt I will choose Miele again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very pleased Excellent suction and longer battery life than our previous one. Only small issue that doesn’t really bother me but the battery is quite heavy so you can feel the weight after doing the whole house. It has great features.

I tried several others before purchasing this Miele Cordless Handstick, I found this one lighter than the larger stick vac's. It doesnt have the largest dust collecting chamber, but that's no concern for me. Has great suction & attachments that come with the stick are great! Particularly the Crevice tool attachement which is fitted with a rubber head so doesnt scratch skirting boards etc. This is a quality product, you pay a bit extra for, but I found well worth it
