Amazing vacuum

Easy to use.

Disappointed more information was not included in box.
e.g. how to put it together. Which head to use for carpet/hard floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Jet 75E Pet Stick Vacuum for a while now, and overall, it's a solid vacuum cleaner with a few notable drawbacks.
The vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes cleaning various surfaces a breeze. The suction power is impressive, effectively picking up dust, dirt, and pet hair. The multiple attachments are handy for getting into tight spaces and corners, and the design is sleek and modern.
One of the standout features is its ability to handle pet hair efficiently. As a pet owner, this is a significant advantage. However, I have long hair, and I've noticed that it often gets tangled in the vacuum's brush roll, especially when I'm cleaning the bathroom. This requires frequent maintenance to keep the vacuum functioning optimally, which can be a bit frustrating.
The battery life is another area where the Jet 75E falls short. While it performs well initially, the battery tends to drain quickly, especially on higher power settings. This limits the vacuuming time and often requires a mid-cleaning recharge, which interrupts the cleaning process. For larger areas or more extended cleaning sessions, this can be quite inconvenient.
Cleaning the vacuum is relatively straightforward, but dealing with tangled hair can be a chore. The dustbin is easy to empty, and the filters are washable, which is a plus for long-term maintenance and cost savings.
In conclusion, the Jet 75E Pet Stick Vacuum is a good option for pet owners and those looking for a versatile and powerful stick vacuum. However, if you have long hair, be prepared for some extra maintenance. Additionally, the battery life could be better to avoid interruptions during cleaning. Despite these issues, I still appreciate the vacuum's overall performance and convenience.
