Rated 1 out of 5 by amazeme from WORTHLESS Bought less than 1 month ago, suction sucks, was only good in the 1-2 weeks. Now it does magic tricks where you think it sucks up dirt to find it again in an another spot close by. Don’t even get me started on the run time, last for good 10-15mins not the 60mins as advertised.

Rated 1 out of 5 by S Gill from Disappointment I bought this in November, was great for the first 2-3 weeks then we had issues with suction. Realised that the pipe is very narrow and dust etc was stuck in it. Once we got it out, after a week we had the same problem. Took it back to HN, who advised we have to clean the filter every 2 weeks. Which means we have to wet it and leave to dry for 24-48 hours. Not ideal as it was sold to us being a great family vacuum especially with pets. We keep having the issue of things getting stuck in the narrow tube so we are going to take it back for a refund. Such a disappointment

Rated 1 out of 5 by Haze ashford from USELESS I have had this vacuum for a week. Tubes are clear but still not much suction. When i hang it up the dust just comes out. The sensor is completely wrong. Saying it is clean when it is clearly not, or saying there is dirt when it has been in the same position for a while. The auto empty doesnt empty everything sometimes, especially hair. Its been completely useless, ive used it 3 times and the last tike i used it it just pushed the dirt around. Couldnt be more useless.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Chrissygrl from Not practical. We bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. Great looking vacuum and fantastic idea, but what a let down. If you use the detect pro feature - which is one of the reasons we bought it - the battery lasts 15 -20 minutes. Not even enough time to do our house - and then 5 hrs to charge it again - and no spare batteries available. Even on the lowest setting, where you lose the features, (so may as well just buy a normal vacuum), battery last about 30 minutes. Doesn't do the job though and as mentioned - can't use the features. Certainly doesn't last the hour, even on the lowest setting, and why spend almost $800 for a vacuum that you can't use the features on because the battery runs out. No place to store tools on the wand and you need at least the crevice tool - so have to carry it around. Vacuum feels very flimsy - because of the flex in the centre. Great idea, but how long will it last with the flimsiness. The crevice tool is more like one you get for a hand held vacuum. Very short, and the so called 'pet' tool is just the old dusting brush you get with every vacuum. False advertising. Love the look, and idea, but so disappointed in the machine. The manufacturers need to put a bit more thought into the design and the battery. Maybe ask those of us that do a lot of vacuuming. And provide some decent tools and a proper pet tool. Would be great for a very small apartment - otherwise useless, unless you want to do your vacuuming in stages.

Long story short great for the dog hair on the carpet, on the tiles, on the wood flooring, auto detect is what we use most, the self cleaner is great especially in a house of shared flat mates. The low battery life for a deep clean on a Sunday morning just doesn't do it. A solid 30 min, then a 5hrs charge needed. Makes you NEED to buy another battery. However, vacuum suction was necessary to complete the task, so the compromise is fine with us... for now.

Thanks for your question. Yes, it does feature a button release which is used to separate the wand from the main unit, and includes several attachments for handheld use. You can also connect these to the wand for increased reach. Hope this helps! ^CO
