Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this about 4 months ago. It's performance has really dropped off because the filter blocks easily and stops the suction. I can't wash and dry it in time each week, so will need to buy a second filter set. Other annoying things include: tipping over -it won't free stand/ prop well against the wall/furniture. It also doesn't clean to the edges of the carpet and its heavy/bulky to use with the attachments; battery life is poor if you run it on the highest setting, if you run it on a lower setting it takes 3-4 passes to pick everything up. The batteries take hours to refill -it's not like one will fully charge in the 10 min you are using the other one.

There is so much power and it picks up so much dirt and dust. The car detailimg kit ia really cool and comes in handy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected Better than expected. ECO mode is strong enough for anything I've had to vacuum, whether carpet or tiles. The hairless brushroll is amazing, no hair stuck at all, which is the main reason we bought this model. IQ sense is annoying and useless, and you have to change to ECO mode every time you turn it on, but otherwise this vacuum cleaner is fantastic. The batteries are new so they last for hours each at the moment (on ECO). If treated well they should stay healthy enough for a few years.
