Good Camera
Got this camera few weeks before, installation was breeze, but the only draw back was the new software, the application is a pain, too complex and one need to be an expert and if you are an Android user, forget it, the app is made for iOS, so support personnel will define and talk iOS menus which will confuse, so the easiest way I found is to setup / schedules / automation through iOS and work with Android

Average with ok camera quality
No way to record unless triggered by motion detection or manually. Battery doesn’t last very long. Information on subscription and features disingenuous. Onboarding ok, day and night vision ok. Hoping functionality will improve through firmware and software updates in the future. Bought 2 but won’t use the 2nd one because of limited functionality. Subscription is over priced.

Fantastic work!
There were are lot of robberies in our neighbourhood around Christmas 2023, including my car and garage, so I decided to install 2 Arlo 2k camera. On the second night I got footage of a thief stealing plants out of my garden. The police didn’t catch him but him was on social media, when I posted on our neighbourhood site! Thank you Arlo for making me feel safer in my home!

Disappointing App, detection speed & mounting
The app is confusing and difficult to use.
I can’t figure out how to turn off notifications for movement and leave on for people. The movement of shade over the course of the day triggers many notifications and if I don’t turn my cameras off during the day both my phone and the cameras go flat.
On the mounting what looks like a ball joint is actually solid, so we had to build wedges to mount the cameras as they don’t swivel as it would appear they will. The way they are angled to work they could be placed out of easy reach and see what they need to see.
Video recording has a delay so misses most of what actually triggered the sensor.
Switching cameras to live feed is tricky and takes time do again you risk missing what you actually need to see.
The picture quality is good. I haven’t tested the siren to see if it’s loud enough yet (the first brand I tried was pathetic).
Overall, for something that came highly rated this camera is extremely disappointing.

They work well,
I bought three, one for front door, one for patio side and one for outside laundry door. We are both in our very late 70s and live in one of two town houses on a corner. We have had some damage to letter box. We feel much safer now the cameras are installed and visual and so have become a deterrent .

Easy As!!!
We needed peace of mind for our young family, living in a new area created constant concern with stolen deliveries and opportunistic robberies. I was able to install 3 cameras and a doorbell in under 3 hours, this included the charging time.

Excellent quality, range and options
I purchased this a month ago, and I find myself watching the feed of my two cameras on the app for hours a day! Quality of the images it captures are as good as a modern day TV. The ability to differentiate between a person, animal, vehicle etc is incredible as well.

Perfect, works with my Google Nest.
I bought this last year and have 2 cameras covering the undercover carport and street. Did a bit of research and discovered it works with my Google Nest. I think these cameras are great value, easy to step up and the battery life is good. Would recommend!
