Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great and is super nice to have This ring cam was super helpful when my roommates and I were in a duplex and had a group of high schoolers pounding on our door in the middle of the night every weekend for a while. After we got it they stopped coming around so much since if they approached our door at all they would be caught on the camera with audio. It was also helpful to be able to tell if someone was walking up to our door so we wouldn't get spooked when the dogs started barking and also for seeing who was at our door and specifically for deliveries to know when the person walked away so we could get our package and not worry about the dogs trying to bolt out the door

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to set up, reliable and really convenient for I’ve been using the ring chime 2nd generation for a while now and honestly it’s been really useful around the house. The setup was super easy ant it connected to my ring devices without any issues. I like that the sound is clear and loud enough to hear from other rooms without being annoying. The design is simple and compact so it doesn’t take up much space and blends is nicely. I also like being able to customize notification sounds and volume. Overall it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes it a lot easier to notice when someone is at the door

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extending router range to make my bell work My Chime genuinely makes my life better - plugged into a socket in my kitchen, it’s marginally closer to my doorbell situated on the front gate and allows the bell to pick up enough signal to function. Without it, despite being less than 20 metres from my router, my doorbell is ignorant to any and all SSIDs that I have available. It also provides an independent doorbell chime and light when someone rings the bell - really useful when our phones are unavailable for some reason - as well as providing a low level nightlight for our kitchen in the evening (light sensitive). I’m totally convinced of it’s usefulness and recommend to those with similar circumstance and needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glows in the dark + brilliant connectivity I have had the Ring Chime Pro for some time now and it has been brilliant for extending my ring doorbell’s WiFi connectivity. It supports a dual band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) which works out great with my broadband. Best of all, it has a built in Nightlight which is great if you need to avoid walking into a wall whilst trying to find the light switch. The audible alerts are an added bonus. I would highly recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality picture with sound We love our ring camera. This camera offers multiple settings you can choose from depending on what you'd like it to capture. The battery life is impressive if the sensitivity isn't all the way up. We've been out of town on many occasions and we can always connect to the live feed. The picture and sound are great and we've never had any lag with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok when it works Got asked for this review just as I started having problems. So, it's useful when it works. Currently says it's offline yet still sending me alerts. Have tried to reset it but no joy yet. Every six months or so there's a random issue usually fixed by restarting it which takes about 20 mins, finding the special screwdriver etc

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect connection, modern and sleek Got this in a package together with a ring doorbell. I love the modern simple design and how it blends into any environment. Connecting the device is super simple and it rings instantly after the button on the ring doorbell is pressed. Sound quality and speakers are just as expected, high quality and crisp sound.
