Battery power
So I love that these batteries click into place and they are so easy to use. I only give 4 stars though because after a year or two they don’t seem to hold the charge nearly as well as they did when they were new. I suppose this is expected as it would be with any other kind of rechargeable battery but I’d expect it to last longer than two years before already noticing a difference considering laptops and cell phones have rechargeable batteries but they can last for like 5-7 years before noticing a big difference.

I love that you
I love that you can check battery levels on the devices and get alerts. I bought this as a secondary battery for my Ring Spotlight Cam Battery and it performed great. Easy to get out, easy to charge - be prepared that charging takes a while. When it go really cold, they drained faster, as batteries do. I ended up getting the solar panel to negate that but I am happy with the battery on its own.

Here’s my video review, The ring battery is so easy to take out and put in to get your camera working & The battery life is really great. I usually only have to charge my ring battery once a month. The ring system is truly amazing & I absolutely highly highly recommend buying The Ring system if you don’t already own it. Merry Christmas and happy New Year 2021 to everybody

I need constant surveillance
I need constant surveillance at my home due to shady neighbors, and me having the backup battery pack let's me change out the battery in seconds, instead of the first Ring Door alarm that you had to remove the entire unit to charge it. I feel much more safe just swapping the battery out than having to take it down to charge it. What an improvement

Multi use
I use these in my ring video doorbell. I have three or four of them that I keep charged and rotate through them. What’s nice is they work in multiple ring products. They last for quite awhile generally However in the harsh and cold New Hampshire winters it does drain them faster, which is to be expected of any battery outside.

Cool battery
It is easy to plug in and out the device. The charging time is couple hours. I actually don’t notice how long it takes, maybe 5-6 hours. The life of the battery depends on the mode I set on the camera. If I set Motion alert or so, it eats up more power so I have to charge the batter every month. Overall, it is nice.

I love my ring
I love my ring cameras but I was shocked how quickly they batteries drain with use. We find ourselves changing the batteries every month. I bought the solar panel but where the camera is located on my garage it doesn’t get much sun. The doorbell camera is hardwired and the battery never needs changed.

I have the Ring
I have the Ring doorbell and its battery. The Ring company has great products, they are made with high quality materials. It seems like it will last for a long time. Definitely a trustworthy brand.
The only thing I wish they had was a solar power charger that could be charged without direct sunlight.
