Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastisch The Ring Battery Doorbell Pro makes my life so much easier! I don’t have to rush to the door anymore. I can see who’s there right from my phone. It’s been amazing for deliveries (no more missed packages!) and I feel so much safer knowing I can check in anytime, even when I’m not home. The video is super clear, day or night, and I love how sleek it looks on my front door. Plus, the battery lasts a long time, so I don’t have to worry about constant charging. It’s one of those gadgets that you don’t realize how much you’ll use until you have it. Total peace of mind and convenience in one little device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes you feel safer I love my ring camera. I finally bought one after being on the fence about it. It is so easy to set up. Comes with all the easy to follow directions and a charger cord for it. It alerts you when someone is at your front door or walking within a certain radius of the camera. I have one on my front and back door. It allows you to scroll back and view footage from previous alerts. You can talk through your phone to the camera. Overall gives me a good sense of security. Doesn’t have to be charged often at all and it will tell you when the battery is low. It also holds up well in rain, and snow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solar Power, Range, and Clarity: Excellent! I wanted to see our front yard and driveway since we cannot see much of it from our front door. Problem was I had not access to power a camera out there. So I bought a Stick Up Cam with a Solar cell along with a Gutter Mount so it would be well out of reach of anyone. I bought the Stick-Up Cam, Solar Panel, and Gutter mount. It has performed very well, always stays charged in the high 90 percentile with only afternoon sun. Linking it to my Ring Doorbell was an unexpected feature that I appreciate. When one camera is activated, I can have it automatically start recording on the other. Nice!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb piece of kit I bought this about a month ago and self installed the camera along with the solar panel. Really easy for anyone. A posi-drive screwdriver (and a drill with a 6mm masonary bit if you’re not screwing into wood) is all you need. The in-app features are brilliant. There is functionality to test your broadband speed, check WiFi signal strength (this is great as I realised I needed a chime pro to extend the signal), lots of customisable features for motion detection. There’s so many more features I’m not going to mention in this review as this would be a long read.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable and easy to use with great video quality, I’ve been using the Ring Battery Doorbell Pro and overall, I’m impressed. The video quality is excellent, even at night, and I like the quick alerts on my phone. Installation was super easy since it’s battery-powered—no wiring needed. The smart detection filters out most false alerts, which is a big plus. However, the battery life isn’t great; I have to recharge it more often than I expected. Also, the subscription is necessary if you want to review footage. Still, it gives me peace of mind and looks sleek on my door. Worth it, mostly.

I have a boat dock and keep my boat there most of the year except for winter weather and maintenance. I don't have a clear line of sight from my home to the dock and boat. This camera alerts me to all activity including beautiful sunrises and boaters too close to my dock and speeding causing large damaging waves, or thieves. So, if there's any damage or theft, I'll have evidence for the Police and Insurance company.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as the basic Stick Up Cam Bought 2 ordinary stick up cams with solar panels for the front of the house and decided to get 2 more for the back of the house, we went for the Pro version with solar as the area to cover is larger than the frontal area. Despite being a newer and larger model we have been quite disappointed with the 2 Pro cams. They were harder to connect than the frontal cams and despite buying several signal boosters they give a significantly lower quality image both at day and night, the night being such poor resolution I'm not sure how helpful a video taken by them would be. The house wi-fi is 150MB/s. The solar has kept them charged and whenever I have checked they have had 99% battery. I would have expected the larger and newer version to offer an improved image, however we would have been better off with the basic version. I could not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should Have Bought Sooner I added two Stick Up Cams (Battery) thinking they'd add some coverage above my Ring Doorbell capabilities. "Some" coverage turned into a lot of coverage. I would have been happy with just my driveway and yard covered, but one camera captures all vehicle movement in my cul de sac and even my neighbors like the added security. The other camera covers my entire back yard. Thanks Ring!!!!
