Terms and Conditions of Entry (Terms)

  1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  2. This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only.
  3. The Promotion commences on Thursday, 3rd July 2025 at 9am and closes on Sunday, 31st August 2025 at 11.59pm (Promotion Period).
  4. To enter the promotion, entrants must visit https://www.harveynorman.co.nz/nrlw-competition.html and complete an entry form with their name, address, daytime telephone number, email, date of birth and tell us, in 25 words or less "why are you excited to see the Warriors return to the NRLW?"
  5. One entry per person only during the Promotion Period.
  6. There is one (1) major Prize and four (4) runner-up prizes.
      7. The major prize winner will win:
      1. Captain's run viewing for four (4) people, Meet & Greet for four (4) people with NRLW Warriors players and Tour of Warriors facilities for four (4) people at FMG Stadium Waikato, Hamilton on Saturday 6th September 2025 valued at $2,000
      2. Field-side access during the team warm up at FMG Stadium Waikato, Hamilton on Sunday 7th September 2025 valued at $2,000
      3. One (1) Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 256GB Black valued at $1,947
      4. One (1) travel voucher up to the value of $1000
      5. Accommodation for four (4) guests at Quest on London from Saturday 6th September to Monday 8th September 2025 valued at $978
      6. One (1) Signed 2025 NRLW Warriors Jersey valued at $500
      7. One (1) One NZ Phone Credit valued at $500 (Phone credit must be used by the 31st of December 2025)
      8. One (1) Food & Beverage voucher to use at FMG Stadium Waikato, Hamilton valued at $300
      9. Four (4) tickets to the Round 10 NRLW Warriors game at FMG Stadium Waikato, Hamilton on Sunday 7th September 2025 valued at $220
      10. One (1) Harvey Norman® Gift Card valued at $200
      11. The total value of the major prize is valued at up to $9,645 (including GST).
  7. Runner-up prizes consist of:
    1. Two (2) runner-up prizes of one (1) signed 2025 NRLW Warriors jersey (valued at $500 each)
    2. Two (2) runner-up prizes of one (1) Harvey Norman Gift Card ($200 each)
    3. The total value of the runner-up prizes is valued at $1,400
  8. If the winner resides in Hamilton or surrounding area (30km radius), the travel voucher will not be provided and is excluded from the prize.
  9. If the value of the travel voucher has not been utilised, the remaining value will be forfeited.
  10. Location, dates, and times of experiences are subject to change.
  11. Any additional charges incurred by a Winner including travel costs, documentation and insurance, spending money and incidentals are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
  12. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  13. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to request Winners provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize.
  15. Judging for the prize will take place at Harvey Norman Corporate Office, B1 Richmond Road, Homebush West NSW 2140 on Monday, 1st September 2025 at 12pm. ("Draw").
  16. If a Winner is under 18 years old, the Prize will be awarded to the parent or guardian of the Winner.
  17. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  18. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
  19. Judging for any unclaimed prize will take place at Harvey Norman Corporate Office, B1 Richmond Road, Homebush West NSW 2140 on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025 at 12pm. ("Draw").
  20. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of the Draw and their details published online at https://www.harveynorman.co.nz/competitionwinners.html on Friday, 5th September 2025 ("Winners").
  21. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter and their related bodies corporate and contractors, and any other organisation associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
  23. The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the Prizes changes between the date of publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded.
  24. The Promoter may alter the Prize components at its discretion.
  25. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the Promotion is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter's control.
  26. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter, for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant's participation in the Promotion.
