If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Is this suitable to be by the salt water ie at the beach

Hi Susann, due to having an aluminium frame it will not rust with the salt air. We do recommend covering the suite from the elements when not in use. We trust this helps
