Caring for your setting: To care for your setting we recommend you use a sponge with warm mild soapy water and rinse off with clean water. Do not use any solvents or harsh cleaners. If it has a glass top use some glass cleaner to remove any dust or grime.

We recommend you store outdoor cushions when not in use in a dry location – do not stack when wet. Always use high-quality furniture cover to protect your Outdoor furniture from the elements. During Winter months or prolonged periods when not in use, your furniture should be stored in a dry well-ventilated location

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).

Hi Richard. Thanks for your question. This set is a very popular style and the majority of our stores have a floor display to see and many stores have stock for delivery. We suggest contacting your local store and they will be able to advise if they have this on their floor for you to view and what stock they are carrying. Hope this helps with your query.
