Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still not sure I received this for my birthday and I been wanting one for a long time so I was very excited. I love how quiet the hair dryer is but that is about it. I think my expectations were too high and unfortunately I just don’t love it and after several weeks I have gone back to my other hair drying tool. I have watched endless tutorials and videos but I can’t achieve the right amount of volume, hold and shape that I want and previously achieved. It might take more practise and perhaps smaller attachments as my hair is shoulder length but if I hadn’t thrown away the cardboard box I would have returned it as it isn’t the answer to my hair needs that I hoped it would be.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very bad experience I was really excited to try the Dyson Airwrap ID, but I didn’t even get the chance to use it. Straight out of the box, the device wouldn’t turn on. The filter light was on, but the machine simply wouldn’t work. I followed all the troubleshooting steps and even checked online, but nothing helped. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend this much money on a high-end product and have it malfunction right away — literally on the first day, before I could even test it. I had to go through the inconvenience of sending it back, which was very disappointing. I expected much better from Dyson in terms of quality control. This experience makes me very hesitant to reorder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it so much❤️ Really love how the dyson airwrap improved! The dyson airwrap i.d it’s brilliant and i can say now that you can set your own sequences for how long to wrap, how long heat and how long to cool your curls it’s brilliant! I had all airwrap versions and none of them disappointed me in those years! I use the i.d function for the curls and they do last longer and also i use this function with the large round brush just because i like to experiment with it. We all know how annoying was to count the seconds on hot air and then on cold mode 🥹. We just loose the patience…. This is the best version so far! And the conical barrel itself it’s a masterpiece!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Incredibly disappointed with the Dyson ID airwrap. During my first use the blow dryer stopped working after 2 mins. I had to return it because I was never able to fully use it. After a few weeks I received my replacement. I was hopeful as I was able to use the airwrap for a few weeks. I turned the power off on the airwrap and that was the last time I was able to use it as it would not turn back on. So having two airwrap within 30 days that both broke has led to my disappointment with Dyson. This should not happen for the price that I paid for the airwrap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Curls and tames my hair like magic I am so impressed! I have very long, thick, curly and frizzy hair. It has been a journey to learn how to tame it. If I would dry it with a hair dryer, it was a nightmare as it was so frizzy. So I would air dry it which would take at least 8 hours and then curl it. I have been using Instyler rotating iron for years, but they changed it! It doesn’t work for me anymore. So I purchased the Dyson yay! It’s like magic. It curls and tames my frizz and It is so easy to use, and fun (I know it sounds weird, but it’s true). I will never use anything else. I have gotten more compliments on my hair, even the girls at drive throughs! Try it, it’s amazing.

I have really loved it and, after a little trial and error, it’s been great. Would definitely recommend. Love the variety of attachments and find that I use all of them, surprisingly.

Bought this a few weeks ago to try and freshen up my routine and minimise heat damage but it has singed my hair multiple times now and doesn’t style my hair at all. I’ve watched all the videos on the Dyson site but no matter how I try I’m unable to get a curl that looks good or lasts more than 10 minutes, the dryer attachment leaves my hair in knots And their own brush is visibly breaking my hair off unless I use it on the medium to cool setting. I don’t think I’ve ever been for disappointed in a product and am hoping to get a refund. I’d feel too guilty to sell it on! It’s that bad!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Hair Tool I was having buyers remorse until I actually used it and connected my phone to the Dyson Airwrap i.d. I put in my hair type and what style I wanted to achieve. After turning it on, the Airwrap put out the right amount of heat and time then automatically went to cool to close the cuticle. Wow! I didn’t know it did this on its own. I have fine, wavy hair with damage from over heating the hair with hair tools. With the Dyson Airwrap i.d., my hair style had volume, damaged ends were smooth and the entire style came out shiny and silky. A big plus, my hair style stayed the next day without having to restyle.
