Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wish it had better routines with the Therabody app It's so far so good. I haven't had it long, but I like all of the functions. I wish it had better, detailed routines with the app, I am excitedly trying the red light therapy, because I am older. I have no need if the blue because it's specific to help for certain acne. I am following some Youtube stuff to help with it. It doesn't have as much support as the percussive tools. But, honestly I LOOOOOOVE the percussive tools. This is my third purchase from this company. And each has been worth it. So, I'm sure I'll find this value. I use the mini, and prime daily. I wish it came with the hot and cold rings. It's silly that they are separate, but I'm excited to get them for allergy season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Curing Chronic Pain This is the best purchase I have probably ever made. I have had years of chronic jaw pain and face tension. I have spent thousands on massage, intraoral massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, talked to "tmj” specialists, oral surgeons, had cortisone injections for neck arthritis, lymphatic drainage massage, BOTOX…. And I have stopped all of this because of this device. I use the device probably 30 minutes a day 5 times a week and it keeps my pain and tension away. This is honestly a life changing purchase and i think therabody is doing some real good with this device. It is safe for the delicate facial and occipital muscles. If you have face tension you have to get this product! Thank you therabody!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good concept but not worth the price tag I loved the idea of having an all-in-one tool for skincare and helping ease jaw tension. For me, the percussive massage didn't pack enough punch to ease jaw muscles, while still somehow giving me a headache. I felt like I couldn't get the right speed or pressure without hurting my head. The hot and cold rings were nice but don't slide very easily, and I wish you could use the heat with the massage. Ended up returning, as I mainly got it for TMJ and wasn't able to use it for that effectively. Can't speak as much to the other attachments, but they're likely not ones I would use personally.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't get the white one [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is a good product - if you get the black one. The white one, after time (less than 6 months) will yellow around the buttons. That piece is silicone and not the plastic that the implement is, and it's similar to those clear phone cases that yellow badly. It is obnoxious looking it's so bad. And don't even bother contacting support. I did and their answer was, ‘yep, that happens with the white one but it's not warrantiable'. So basically, they know it will happen, they provide no warning about it, and then expect you to suffer with it after. So that's my job - to prevent you from making the same stupid mistake I did. Get the black one and not the white one.

I find the product don't suit my current lifestyle, when I rest I don't want to be doing anything other than resting and the product itself has weight on it. Another thing is the fact that you need to wash out the microcurrent gel is a whole another task when you already wash your face. I did not see significant results other than actually getting pimples using the product. And lastly, i ordered a white one and the cable charger is black,, it's not a big deal but then again I want to get what I paid for. So, this is a return, sadly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't think, just buy. You will not regret it. We have loved the Theraface Pro for all of its functions. My wife and I are both Chiropractors, and we love the attention to detail, particularly the correct wavelengths of the LED ring to serve as a portable cold laser device as well. I use it for headaches, she uses it for facial healing and recovery, as well as sinus care again with the LED's. For the price, it's worth it merely as a well-constructed portable cold laser device, much less its intended functions. Have bought many therabody products, and will continue to purchase more!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice in theory but no results yet I’ve been using the theraface pro for almost a month now and I can say that it really isn’t much of an improvement to my skin. The tiny massaging aspect is nice, but the light therapy and micro current… Jury is still out. The attachment to wash your face is not that great. I still need to exfoliate twice a week to get a better scrub. I’ve been using the entire solution consistently (at least 5x per week) and was hoping to see more than nothing. I bet 60-90 days would be a better option but you can only return the product after 30…

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient Flexible Facial Care [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for several weeks now 2-3 times a week and while there is an initial learning curve to hold it for the LED to fully activate, the app guided facials help to get you started, using the different attachments. I even ended up ordering the cold/hot attachments for increased variety. It would be nice if the app had additional options for pre-configured therapies, but once you understand how the different attachments work, you can always use them without the app.
