very disappointed
I ended up having to buy a wireless charger for my phone, so I bought this one and the apple magsafe charger. I ended up only using this one for 4 days and had a horrible experience. It would take hours to charge my phone and it would cause my phone to overheat very quickly. I did not experience the same issues with the apple charger. There is also a safety concern that I would like to report about this charger as well. I have used belkin in the past, but this one was definitely a very disappointing experience. I am returning it as soon as I get a chance.

Quick charge, low profile, annoying wall unit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device itself is relatively inconspicuous and the soft touch rubber pads are nice for placing your device on. Charges quickly right through a relatively thin case so no problems there.
Getting it plugged in was the issue because the wall plug is a real pain. If you intend on plugging it in behind any furniture, you need at least 4 or 5 inches of clearance as it sticks farther from the wall than any other plug I have ever used.
The USB port was also what can be described as crunchy and didn’t insert very smoothly, either so I had to play the game in which I wasn’t sure which direction was right to plug in.

Just doesn't work, no matter what I've tried.
This charger is dog water. Bought it because my phone no longer charges normally. No matter what I plug it into (outlet) it always does the same thing. White light blinks a few times and does nothing by way of charging or continuously blinks white while still doing nothing. And its not the phone, I've tried multiple. First experience with this product and it sucks. In other words "I wish I could give you a 0, but that's not possible. So I give you, a 1."

ANNOYING ORANGE LIGHT
I bought this charging dock a few weeks ago and for some reason every time I charge my phone this annoying orange light pops up. Some websites told me it was because the cable wasn't supplying enough power, but I've been using this cable that came with the dock. I tried everything, switching outlets but that orange light still keeps showing up. Also, not sure if this helps, but all my outlets are 110 (Canadian/American). Can someone give me some answers? I'm honestly so annoyed and disappointed.

Good size charger
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of this charger as it doesn't take up a whole lot of room on my desk. Seems to charge my iPhone faster than my previous belkin wireless charger which was a few years old at this point. My phone was fairly warm after being on the charger for a few minutes. That is to be expected but this was a bit hotter than you would typically see after a charge. Other than that this thing is flawless.

Fast charge and reliable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice little fast charge. Compared to my previous QC charger from a different manufacturer, this one is smaller, more powerful and never fails to charge. I just lay the phone on top and it’s immediately charging. No more need to fidget to find the right spot. The pad has a dim light indicating its charging. The light could be a little brighter for my taste but I can see how this might bother some during the night. This charger is faster than the 5W usb that came in the box of my phone. It looks like new 2020 smart phones may no longer have usb chargers in the box so I highly recommend this QC charger. Because it’s so small, it’s very portable too so I’ll take it on my road trips.

Solid wireless charger - faster than others I have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wireless charger is 10W so that is why I was eager to try it. It has a nice clean and sleek design and because it is white, it goes nicely in the kitchen on the counter which is where most of the time is where I charge my phone. The speed isn't amazing, but it is noticeably shorter in time to charge my phone completely than the 5W wireless charger I have been using!

Quick Wireless Recharge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m using this on my work desk as a quick and handy way to recharge my iPhone 11 Pro. I love being able to set my phone on it to charge up without plugging in any cables. My iPhone seems to charge pretty quickly even with a slim case on my phone. The only slight issue is making sure the light comes on to indicate my iPhone has started charging.
