Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing phone [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The longevity on this phone is one of the longest so far with samsung providing 7 years of security and software updates allowing the s24 to go up to android 21. This means that this phone could last ages if treated properly. Furthermore, the ai features are amazing, especially circle to search which allows me to find anything with just a tap of a finger which boosts productivity as your phone can be utilised as a tool, allowing you to effectively utilise your time. The screen is amazing, better than the s21 fe that I'm upgrading from and there's no way you can go wrong with the s24 plus!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money and don't bother Within the first month it wasn't letting me or person on the other end of the phone hear anything. Went onto the website and they advised following the steps and eventually do a factory reset, which thankfully worked. It them happened again, so I phoned Samsung, who advised I'd need to drive over an hour away to the nearest shop to get them to look at it due to it being after the 30 days. Save your money, I know have 2 Samsung phones (one is a company phone) that hardly work. Then when you do try the correct way to fix it they delay you long enough to go past your statuary rights. Having a look online this seems to be a common fault

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Selling S24+ after only a month Good phone but can't get on with it. Too many non standard Android features. I've been a Pixel user since Pixel 6 and have just bought a Pixel 9 to replace the Samsung. There are basic things such as selecting a photo to attach to an email or use on another app. The software defaults to Samsung gallery and you can't set the default to Google Photos. Various other Samsung apps operated in the same way. It's a lot of maybe minor but infuriating issues that has made me swap back too Pixel. For previous Samsung users it's a great phone and you won't even notice the things I'm writing about here. So don't let this review put you off purchasing an S24.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing features! I recieved my brand new phone today. I am so impressed with the long lasting battery, I didn't need to charge my phone for majority of the day. The camera is the BEST camera I have had on a phone so far, which is one of the main reasons I decided to purchase this particular model. The design is sleek and simple, I love the curved corners as it makes the phone look appealing. The display is extremely high quality and I cannot fault it. Overall the performance of the S24+ is impressive and I am so glad I went with this model as I was originally going to purchase the S24. I just know this phone will last me a long time due to the high quality and specs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ai is finally here [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a newer phone and I was so happy with the details of the 24+ the size the battery life, the photo quality and ai search also the translator. I am absolutely amazed at the translator as you can choose from many languages and it actually works which is amazing. Had a play with a few languages. Set up was very simple from my s22 and I found a huge difference in it. The quality can be seen straight away with screen quality to the phone itself. The case the phone is in is light and gives a sophisticated look. Picture quality is the best I've seen and can take multi shots too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Samsung Galaxy S24 + 512GB in light grey colour, and I absolutely love it, the design is great, it's more square and a bit heavier which feels really nice in you hand, but at the same time easily operates with one hand. Great quality of pictures and videos, loads of add on in the camera. The phone is very responsive and quick, unlike my previous phone Samsung is not lagging at all. Love the way it sounds as well, they put the speakers at the bottom and at the top so the quality of the sound is much better. Overall I'm really very happy with it and can highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years away I decided to return to Samsung, partucularly as they were offering a 7 year support package for the phone. Bitterly disapointed with a phone that cannot use the Facebook app without constantly restarting the phone and continual freezing when using the Google Maps app, this despite updating to the latest apps and uninstalling/re-installing, as appropriate. My old OPPO phone worked seamlessly on Android 12 with no issues and I am already regretting not upgraging to a newer OPPO handset. Also, why did Samsung design a speaker hole right next to the SIM card tray hole - this is asking for trouble!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Samsung S24 Plus - A DEFINITE STEP-UP I’ve been a Samsung customer for many years but the Samsung S24 Plus is the best yet. The transfer of everything from Contacts , Files and Photos to my whole WhatsApp history was simple and comprehensive and took approx half an hour. That was my biggest concern but I really had nothing to worry about. The S24 Battery lasts the whole day and more – it’s always in my hand while I take pics, respond to emails and messages and stay up to date with news and social media and there’s still 15-20% charge left when I start charging it after 11pm. This new Samsung S24 is a most definite step-up from my previous Samsung S models.
