1. The Promoter is Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty Limited trading as Harvey Norman, 72 Cavendish Drive, Manukau, Auckland (“Harvey Norman”).

2. 30 days money back guarantee is available for customers who purchase an Eligible Sony True Wireless headphones at any Harvey Norman Store (“The Promotion”)

3. The Money Back Guarantee Promotion is only valid for eligible purchases made during the period commencing 6.00pm Friday 1st November 2024 through to 11.59pm Tuesday 31st December 2024 (“the Promotional Period”).

4. Eligible Sony True Wireless Headphones products consist of the below:

5. A full refund may only be granted if the Eligible Sony True Wireless Headphones is returned to the store with a proof of purchase from Harvey Norman and in its original packaging, and includes all components, accessories, manuals, cables, charging cases, Earbuds, Fins as provided on the date of purchase. Refund will not be granted if the product is deemed damaged (Includes cosmetic damage, scratches, broken or damaged connections). Harvey Norman at their own discretion can refuse a refund of the product if not returned in its original condition.

6. The refund amount will comprise of the sum of the amount the Eligible Sony True Wireless Headphones was purchased for, as shown on the original Proof of Purchase. The refund amount is non-transferable and excludes delivery, Product Care fees and commercial sales.

7. The Promotion is available to one claim per person per household. Any products returned after 30 Days from the purchase date will be deemed invalid and not eligible for refund.

8. Eligible Sony True Wireless Headphones purchase(s) must be recorded on one single invoice and must be paid for in full or have authorised finance terms in place. All eligible purchases must be delivered or collected by the customer before 5.00pm Tuesday 31st December 2024 (“Final Collection/Delivery Date”).

9. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only with a legitimate New Zealand residential address. Applicable customers purchasing an eligible product during the promotion period may return the product to any Computers & Technology Department in a Harvey Norman Store in New Zealand within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (Minus any shipping costs incurred).

10. For customers who purchase an Eligible Sony True Wireless Headphones on the last day of the promotion being 31st of December 2024 have until 30th January 2025 to return their product if not fully satisfied.

11. Customers claiming a refund must retain the original purchase invoice. Failure to produce the original purchase invoice if requested by Harvey Norman may, in the absolute discretion of Harvey Norman, result in the invalidation of a customer’s refund claim. The purchase invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, the relevant model numbers of the Eligible Sony True Wireless Headphone and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
