Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I expected [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not a crisp and beautiful QLED, but it does have a great picture, solid color range, and lies almost completely flush to my wall, just like a picture frame. I purchased this TV for a large open room with lots of light. The anti-glare feature works well and the tv audio fills a large open room well. The volume is almost as good as having a standard soundbar. I’ve had limited use of the art catalog, but the free trial has me hooked. The ability to cycle through high quality art is amazing and keeps the room fresh and interesting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A beautiful entertaining artwork [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was little concerned before buying the samsung frame tv and thought more of a gimmick but trust me once it was mounted on the wall all my perception has changed. It is a beautiful tv I have ever seen and the quality of the display is so good, even when you a direct lightsource in front of it. I am photographer by hobby and this frame is able display anything I throw at it and it displays it with beautifully. My only concern is audio but when paired with a samsung soundbar that concern also goes away. If given a chance I would buy another one for my home theater. I highly recommend this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than a TV - A work of art [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung The Frame LS03D (2024) and I’ve got to say it’s one of the most stylish TVs I’ve ever seen. When it’s off, it genuinely looks like a piece of framed artwork thanks to the matte display and slim wall-mount design. I love that you can customize the bezels to match your space. The picture is vibrant and clear, perfect for streaming and casual watching. I tried some gaming on it and the high refresh rate made everything super smooth. It’s such a cool feeling having guests ask what gallery the art’s from. If you want something that looks as good off as it does on, then this one’s a winner.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Backlight bleeding in scenes at night - normal? I had this delivered three weeks ago. Do not buy, the screens have light bleeding which based on other review sites Samsung like to call a normal phenomenon which are part of spec. I have had two frames before which were excellent. But this is disappointing. If you like mottled screens when watching dark scenes, and tiny flashlights shining up from the bottom corners of the tv this is the one for you. Have asked for another tv but have to deal with Samsung instead of Harvey Norman! If you only want the tv for day time viewing and for the pretty art view then you will enjoy this tv. I will try adding photos and vid but at the moment it is not letting me.

I wanted a large digital photo frame which could be connected to my phone and upload images. Which this does. HOWEVER, the process is so tedious. To get optimal images uploaded, you need to process them one at a time. It takes approx 5 minutes to upload one image. The app often crashes mid upload. It’s lacking usability. The product is called ‘the frame’, so I thought art and images would be at the forefront of its design, but its essentially an expensive tv and art is added as an extra afterthought.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from glitches, and blasts with unwanted content I’ve had the 85” for a month now and it locks up terribly and won’t switch between apps. Worse, Samsung TV auto plays with no way to remove it from blasting me with content I don’t want to see, and when it locks up, it stays blaring for a while before i finally usually unplug the TV entirely. Disappointed :( I’ve also tried to chat gpt and google and call to get a solution to remove samsung tv and nothing has worked. The tv override appears to be lovely but it’s so glitchy and the unwanted content is so aggressive that I have avoided using it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Large Backlight Bleeding Issues Preordered the 2024 model because I’d been wanting a frame TV for quite a while. Unboxing was normal but it had weird white powder all over the outside of the TV, and when I went to turn on the TV it had insane amounts of backlight bleeding. My guess is that quality control is not great right now. Have never had issues with Samsung TV quality before, but this was extremely poor.

It has a fantastic picture, great sound, is easy to use and we love how it transforms the room by displaying art! It is like having a piece of art in the room instead of having an ugly blank screen. You can change the art as often as you like which makes the room feel new each time! It really gives the room a wow factor! We love the flush mount and the customizable bezzle frame that you can choose to match your rooms decor. The room our television is in has a lot of sunlight, so we also love the anti-glare feature that you get with the matt screen!
