An Oven that Looks the Part BUT DOESN'T WORK/COOK!
Major electrical issues. Moved into a newly constructed house with a brand new oven, looking forward to cooking some delicious meals - however, the oven worked only once and then stopped. Technician came and confirmed that the oven needed replacing; a so-called "random occurrence when a new product does not work".
It took 6 weeks (!!!) to get a replacement oven.
When the new oven finally arrived...AGAIN the oven worked only once and then stopped. It does not flick between the different settings. Does not cook the food. Major electrical issues. Definitely expected more from Fisher and Paykel! ...who would think that you cannot even use a BRAND NEW oven! Highly recommend to avoid purchasing this oven!
Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Total Lemon. Mother Boards are Faulty
We bought the first oven in May and then two replacements. A total of 3 within 7 months because the mother boards were bad. Each lasted less than a week to two weeks.

Great Oven
This is a great oven. Lots of room inside for big family meals. It seems to cook meals faster than our old oven and at lower temperatures so great for electricity useage I guess. Its easy to clean and looks great. I've never owned Fisher & Paykel products before so didn't know what to expect. I was really impressed and would certainly buy their products again. Also, the price was very competitive so I got awesome value for money.

Disappointed
We bought this oven after our cheap 11 year old oven was not cooking our food consistently anymore. Used only 4 times and then the oven died. Now we don't have an oven and have to go through the whole warranty process with it. Wish I had just paid more and got a better more reliable brand.

Great Features, Easy to Use
I bought this oven as my old one died after 16 years. It cooks everything to perfection, so easy to use, love the oven/baking tray that comes with it was able to cook 2 big legs of lamb on the bottom shelf and a massive potato bake on the top.

Inside glass smashed when using the clean function
Not impressed. Used this function for the first time the clean function and after an hour it shattered my inside glass and burnt the motor out and now the door is locked. This is just over a year old. Very unsafe and now out of a oven until it gets sorted.
