Gas convert from
Happy with change from gas to induction.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to gas supply issues and worsening asthma, I reluctantly switched from a gas cooktop to the Electrolux induction cooktop. It turns out I don’t miss the gas at all. With the quick heat setting, the induction cooktop is faster than gas and just as responsive. You can’t take the pot off the heat to toss things, but I never had that skill anyway. Unlike my gas cooktop, with the Electrolux induction I can get genuinely low temperatures without risk of scorching. You do have to make sure you don’t knock the pan off the marked cooking area, but that’s no problem. And it is so easy to clean. I love that.

Great to be cooking with Induction againI used to have Induction and then moved house which had gas, finally the gas cooktop failed, and I purchased the 90cm Ultimate taste 700 5 Zone Induction cook top, wow, so good to be cooking consistently again, when you want simmer, you have simmer, cook a large pot of pasta, it doesn't take an hour to bring the water to boil, 10 mins to boil, 10 mins to cook, 5 mins to finish the dish ,and we are eating in 25mins, not over an hour. So far i couldn't be happier, my kids are amazed that its actually quite safe for them, clean-up is easy, overall, 5 stars, great product for a great price

Read the manual from cover to cover![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a previous Electrolux ceramic version, which I liked very much. This is very sensitive to anything hitting the glass. If you have any moisture it turns off and you have to completely dry it before turning it back on. It heats up very quickly which is helpful sometimes but takes some getting used to, to find the right number for continuous simmering. I like the large middle element. It’s finally in the right place. I also like it’s very easy to clean the glass and it doesn’t seem to mark like my ceramic one did.

Great for every occasionI bought this 12 months ago and cannot fault it. The size (90 cm) of the cooktop allows me to cook a wide range of meals. I’m not scared of entertaining now. The gas heat up & high heat cooking takes care of my everyday needs & has left me amazed particularly after being a lifelong gas fan until now. The minimal aesthetics of the cooktop is beautiful in my newly renovated black kitchen & I still love love love the look every time I see it. The auto switch off & hob 2 hood are 2 features that round off this design nicely. It has elevated my cooking practice and enhanced my cooking experience, yes I enjoy cooking more. Much easier to maintain without doubt & the so reasonable was able to choose 90cm over 60cm. Very satisfied customer.

Product is good, warranty service is poorThis is my third Electrolux induction hotplate that I have installed and used with satisfaction over the last decade or so.
This is the first hotplate that I have had to use their warranty service.
I was left with a totally non functioning device for many weeks while I progressed slowly through the warranty loop. I found the the people involved to be courteous but the "system" they operated in to be corporately lethagic. Every phone contact took at least a week to practically advance.
On the day that the hotplate was finally made functional (by replacement) I was literally reviewing immediate purchase options to replace my non functional Electrolux. I may have bought another Electrolux product despite the poor warranty service, or I may have bought another brand.

Surpassed our Expectations[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a month ago due to another induction 90cm hotplate was damaged and replaced under insurance. We were looking at all brands but decided on this one due to the layout. Wow i can now cook spaghetti in record time due to power boost and instant power adjustment. Easier controls than our previous Teknika brand and outperforms it. Highly recommend this model to anyone looking at making a change from another induction cooktop. Very very Happy!

An entertainer's delight![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this induction cooktop for just over a year now. I absolutely love it. The temperature is always perfect. The bridge function allows me to use a teppanyaki plate and it cooks magnificently. The touch controls are so easy to use and 100% accurate with the temperature. I just love the auto pot detection.
Not only does it look slick and modern, it's so easy to clean. I couldn't be happier with this stovetop. It's an entertainers delight.

Cooking made easy[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took many long hours to figure out what type of cooking appliance I would choose for my kitchen makeover. Using gas for all of my life it was a massive decision to choose induction cooking. I have been absolutely thrilled with my Electrolux cooktop especially the easy and quick use for my teenagers and how they are now able to clean up after themselves! It’s also safe for my 8yr old as she can operate it on her own with the easy buttons.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive.
