Easy to use, easy to clean:)[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago and love it. I had always had a gas stove and was apprehensive about changing, but I’m glad I did. Responds pretty much the same way as gas when adjusting cooking level and is super easy to clean spills or splatter. Only ever looked at and wanted Westinghouse due to oven and rangehood being Westinghouse. Happy with the brand’s performance.

Amazing features[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original cooktop had to be replaced after I dropped a glass tumbler on it! When the new cooktop arrived I could not believe how fast it cooked; how quickly the temperature was able to be modified; how evenly the temperature soeead across my pots and pans; how easy it was to clean!
The positive technological changes are writ large with this cooktop!

Fantastic, intelligent cooktopSwitched from gas to this in my new kitchen. Just love the intelligence of it and the ease of use. It's silent, turns on the range hood itself, turns off if something boils over, has a timer. Easy to clean as well.
Had to replace after only 2 months as hubby dropped some bowls on it and it smashed. Thankfully insured! Got one exactly the same, only think there could be a protective cover for it?

Super fast heat, easy to use & keep clean.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this to replace a cooktop where I accidentally dropped a frypan on the edge & it cracked the whole way across. This cooktop had excellent easy to use controls & I love how there’s no buttons to clean around like in old cooktops. I will say/ be careful not to drop anything on it or slide across from bench to cooktop so you don’t crack it!

Good cooktop but boil protect uselessShould have read manual more closely, but never let boilprotect influence your decision. Works for just water, 1-5 litres. Haven't got it to work for potatoes (these are only uses mentioned in manual). Things that would have been useful, like pasta and rice, nuh, forget it. Basically a gimmick. Otherwise, cooktop works well. Easy to use controls, fast heating, fries and boils well.

Good Product at a reasonable price[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We reviewed a number of cooktops to replace our old conventional Westinghouse. The cooktop fits into a granite top and we chose the westinghouse as it would easily fit into the available cutout and was value for money.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (
