But the rating stickers state only 3 1/2 stars for energy rating not 4 4 1/2 stars for water rating not 5 12.5 Litres of water per wash not 10 Litres Apart from that I'll be editing one I've used a few times. Hi Zadie. Our staff in store can arrange that for you when you are arranging delivery. Our stores use local contractors so the staff will need to confirm the charge. If you are purchasing online, please put in the customer comments section you require the old machine to be removed and the store handling your sale will contact you about the charge. Hope this helps

What is the box size please and is there one in Nelson?

What is the quickest cycle this machine does and do you have stock to send to Birkenhead Auckland pls thanks

Hi Sarah. Thanks for your question. The shortest cycle is 30 mins. It is a quick wash for lightly soiled loads that do not need drying. The standard cycle is 90 mins. It is for normally soiled loads such as pots, plates, glasses and moderately soiled pans. As for delivery, a number of our stores have stock for delivery to your address.
