Rated 4 out of 5 by from As expected We got the extra power because we have our rangehood 1.1m above our cooktop rather than the recommended 750mm. It does a great job getting rid of smoke and steam even when frying steak. It is very quiet so we often forget to turn it off. The buttons and display are a bit cheap and clunky but they function fine. The install of the chimney was a bit of a mission as we have a concrete tile roof, but worked out fine. Overall we are happy after 2 months of use

Does this unit include motor?

Thanks for your question. This Rangehood does include a motor, but it's important to note that it uses an external motor system called the Isodrive. This motor is installed outside your home (e.g., on the roof or wall), which significantly reduces noise in the kitchen.

Hey. Just wondering how high above the stovetop the range hood is meant to be.

Thanks for your question. The minimum height from the hob top surface to the underside face of the rangehood is 600mm for both electric and gas cooktops, unless otherwise specified by cooktop manufacturer instructions. Any installation above 800mm will compromise the extraction performance. Trust this helps! ^CO
