Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in class Sometimes it’s not about how much you spend but simply installing something that’s fit for purpose. And that’s where our Schweigen comes in. After several decades of putting up with a sub-par performing rangehood, we had the opportunity to build our dream home. The new home featured a generous open-plan layout with 3.8m ceilings in the lounge with an adjacent kitchen. This called for a rangehood that had to nail its raison d’etre – extract cooking smells effectively whilst simultaneously keeping the noise level down as much as possible. Our undermount silent rangehood (UMPA9SP) nailed the brief…silent by name and nature. With the motor remotely mounted on the lower level of the home, the serenity was deafening 😊
