F&P Stacking Kit - Model 428122 - WARNING
The stacking kit was used to combine a F&P series 5 washer and dryer (confirmed with online agent that this would work). However, the plastic tabs at the back weren't compatible and had to be sheared off which meant the unit could not be mechanically fastened at the back. There were no instructions on how to do this once the unit was in-place anyway and would have been close to impossible/very difficult in a tight space. Seems to work with foam tape and the weight of dryer/gravity.

Space-saving laundry configuration
Very convenient to stack clothes dryer directly on top of front-load washing machine, arranged vertically rather than side-by-side. This maximises space while the two units are secured with the stacking kit.

It’s great!

I have a Fisher and Paykel front loader (WH8060J3) and a Haier vented dryer (HDV60AWWI), are they compatible for this stacking unit?
Thanks for your question. While the stacking kit is compatible with the WH8060J3, and is designed for DE & DH model 8060P dryers. It is not compatible with the Haier HDV60AWWI as it comes with it's own stacking kit & brackets for other Haier models of the same width. Trust this helps! ^CO

There’s no screw point on top of washer should I screw stacking kit there
Hi, you cannot screw it into the top of the washer. The Fisher & Paykel SKDFP1 stacking kit is designed not to attach through the washer’s top panel. It uses rear brackets and side clamps that secure the dryer to the washer from the back and sides, with anti‑slip pads between the machines. If there’s no screw point on top, that’s normal — just follow the kit instructions exactly and secure it at the rear, not the top.
