Faulty filter - DO NOT BUYThe inner filter is inside the outer filter, like every machine has it nowdays. But you can't just take out the inner filter - it is fully enclosed withing the outer filter. This means each time you have to open two filters. Usually, you open the outer filter every 3rd or 4th time. Further, since you are opening both at the same time, but have only one pair of hands, that will make some mess.
Now, the inner filter - it's small and doesn't filter fully - it's not properly engineered. This means lots of fluff goes straight to the 2nd filter and further to evaporator. My evaporator was full of lint after 5 uses. Evaporator CANNOT BE REMOVED for cleaning. Expecting this to stop properly drying very soon.

Forever breaking downHave had this dryer for about a year, at first we loved it. Then it stopped, collecting water, stopped draining. Started taking all day to dry 1 load. Have had them come out to repair it, yet still not working correctly.
Current load has been in there for half a day, no water collecting still not dry..
go with a different brand, if you want quality for your money.
