So far so good..... machine is very quiet and dries to the levels you select. Found that quickest drying times are when you select auto. Times are longer than conventional dryers, but that is the offset for efficiency. I have the machine stacked on my Hisense washer (just using the supplied brackets, no need for stacking kit, unless you want the slide out shelf), and is very stable, with very little vibration/movement. With a 3 year warranty, I definitely feel this is great value for money.

Fantastic Hisense Heat Pump Dryer
Thrilled with our new purchase! I have done bed linen, towels, different types of clothing fabric and dried my husbands work boots- all in the space of just over a week! This machine is efficient and I love that it uses a sensor to detect the level of moisture still left and how much longer it needs to dry the clothes- super handy!! It is also pretty quiet, which is helpful when our bedroom is right next to the laundry. Couldn’t recommend this machine highly enough!

Does not dry bedding
Purchased in July 2024. I DO NOT recommend. It takes ages to dry anything but more importantly it’s impossible to dry bedding in it. 5 mins and large items are in a tight ball. Open the door, pull apart, 5 mins later, in a ball again . I have owned several dryers and never had this issue before. It’s beyond annoying and not fit for purpose. Also, August 2025, the door no longer stays shut and I need to jam a chair against it to use it.

Pretty happy with the purchase at the moment, the dryer is silent and has multiple programs to choose from. The phone app comes handy while tracking the operation. The water removal and lint removal is pretty easy and the set up is sturdy - well made. Does not look cheap plasticy.

Works in well with washing machine of same style
Easy to set up, great how it connects to the washing machine in the same range.
They look stylish side by side and it’s quieter than my old condenser dryer, I walk into the laundry and can’t feel any temperature change like I did with previous condenser dryer.

Quiet yet efficient
Doesn’t shrink clothes and efficient just under 1.5hrs for full load (I use delicate mode for every thing). My little one’s bedroom is next to laundry but no issue, he can’t hear the machine in action!

Great except for one thing.
It is great except every time i pull out the water tank to empty it there is a bunch of water laying below the tank. Not sure if it is supposed to do this.
