Efficient, sexy modern design that washes like a dream![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new machine not only looks great and has all the controls and features of a modern washing machine. It washes well, is quiet and efficient with varying options to save time and select the required settings for fabric types. The App alerts are very useful so that I know my washing is nearing completion. Clothing is fresh and spun dry ready to hang up or put in the dryer. Very pleased with my purchase and matching dryer is stacked on top of washing machine.

Adjustable programs to suit my washing needs[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Two weeks into my new washer and I'm starting to work my way through the various programs. I haven't been able to access the additional programs via the app (connectivity issues within my network). Being able to adjust the time settings allows me to adapt programs to suit my timing. There appear to be sufficient programs to manage my washing needs, but it would be good to be able to access the additional programs without using the app.

Matching laundry set with stacker shelf[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an issue with our drier so as part of getting a budget friendly replacement this was the matching washer. It is a more basic washer to what I had with less ability to add additional rinses or program a soak mode which I didn’t realise when purchasing. This maybe available on the app / wifi which I did not intend downloading as I am ‘old school’ and saw no point in that connectivity (I have a life beyond holding a phone all day). Out of interest though I scanned the QR code and was lead to a ‘bad gateway’, I will try again as keen to know the additional functionality suggested with the manual. Overall appears to wash well with good wash cycle variety, if wanting to soak though this will be prewash option, happy with purchase.

Good washer, minor annoyances[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this washer for several months now and while it's a pretty good washer, I only have one issue with it. It doesn't seems to be able to get hair / fur off clothes and towels. So after you wash, and dry you will have to share all the hair off. Admittedly this is my first front load, and this may be an issue for all front loaders.

missing some key features, and app is annoying[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second AEG washing machine, and a bit of a downgrade from the previous machine. No clock, so you can't set a finish time for your load. Dial feels flimsy compared to our previous machine. Having to download an app just to customize a wash program is just stupid.

Reliable[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does everything claimed of it. It is easy to use use and app a good additional tool. I enjoy the larger door and particularly enjoy the steam feature.
It’s a quiet machine and I am very satisfied with the quality of the wash.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
