So far so good[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally speaking I hate it when things break. We are a big family and so have two washing machines. I bought another Bosch after our non-Bosch machine broke after three years and it was taking too long to fix it. We also have a Bosch 7kg machine (series 4) which is still going strong after 11 years. I'm hoping the new series 8 lasts at least as long! Features that actually make a difference: the IDOS is great, and the machine also weighs the clothes as you load it, so you aren't at risk of over-filling the machine.

Smart and efficient[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic product- like all Bosch products. This washer replaced my non-Bosch washer and has exceeded all my expectations. I love that I can immediately add missed clothing in mid cycle and that I don't have to wait for the machine to stop. It is quiet and completely customisable to my family's laundry needs. Home - connect and IDOS is a gamechanger!

Efficent Machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now we are a family of 5, we needed a bigger capacity washer. This machine can wash larger loads efficiently and, with speed perfect takes 45 minutes to an hour. I was unsure if i-DOS was worth the money, but it makes doing loads of washing one-handed easier or when setting the remote start option. You can also still manual dose, or set the second i-DOS to a different detergent if you don't use fabric softener. The wifi notifications on my smartwatch are also helpful in letting me know when the machine is finished. The machine runs very quietly, and although I'd seen reviews saying you needed to read the manual to work out how to run the machine as there are too many options, I've found it very straightforward and intuitive.

Washing machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent machine as I have have had a series 8 10kg for 15 years and ex wife took it and it is still going full on washing for a family of six.
So definately the descion was no brainer to buy another one. It is very quiret and can handle the big loads with German prescion. The county of manufactue was the important.
Hence why I also bought the the matching series 8 dryer.
Also Choice Austrailia recommendation was a big plus

It runs whisper quiet, cleans beautifully, and best of all—no more tangled laundry like our old top loader. A solid upgrade we’re super happy with!

Series 8 front loader IDOS 10kg[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took me quite a while to decide and finally took the plunge to get this washing machine after my old Ariston started giving me problems after 13 years.
First impression of the washing machine when it arrives, looks really neat and feels compact for a 10kg washing machine. Haven't really tried out all the functions available yet since it's only 3 weeks of using it. All settings is quite clear and straight forward. Similar to all new purchases, there's always a need to explore to familiarise oneself with it.
Really like the IDos function, which is really useful. The alert through the phone when the washing program finishes is a added bonus as sometimes I would totally forget about the laundry that I have put in and finished washing.
All in all, it's a very good machine. Hoping it would last me for quite a while.
