[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the machine is nice but the programmes take to long you have cottons go for 3.50 hrs, eco cottons for4.5 hrs and sanitise for 4.15 hrs, what are these long times for. A daily program for 39 mins but only 30c and al other programs in between those times, I had a blank before the Electrolux, my last was a front loader as well, had programs one for 50 mins at 40c and cottons up to 90c for 1.40 hrs. why has the programs change so much and what scientific evidence for longer washes to produce a better wash.

Smart machine....just takes to long for a hot wash

I prefer my other Electrolux machine. Although this is a smarter model I do not like that it doesn't have a 60min tub clean cycle. I also do not like that it doesn't have a 60 min wash option that can go up to 60 deg temp. My new machine takes over 4 hours to do a hot wash if I want it on 60 deg or hotter option. I got this a a replacement. I wish I could have had the older one with faster cycle options and tub clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now have had my new front loader (9kg Ultimate Care 700) for several weeks and have found a wash which works well, though a sometimes add an extra 1400rpm spin if inclement weather. One con however I recently used a new (and improved?) powder detergent which didn’t dissolve fully - now using a liquid. Previously using a powder no problem so not the machine?

Wished i had of checked the cycles before i purchased
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i purchased a new washing Machine a couple of months ago but didn't check the wash cycles time and so far without taking 3 to 4 hours cycle i have to use a shorter cycle then spin it as an extra cycle to make sure clothes are dry enough. Does wash great and looks good just a shame about wash cycle and spin speed

Great washing machine.
Delivery was super quick (next day which happened to be a Sunday). Very happy with the washing machine, super quiet, the app is great, clothes smell great. I especially love the quick wash options and extra spin cycle.

Does the job and more!

If you are looking for an upgrade this will make your life easier for sure! I am also enjoying the 9kg capacity enough for a week's worth of washing for two people.
