Good quality machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine was a replacement for our 15 year old LG that had given up the ghost and to match our F&P dryer. First impressions have been good. I like the drum lighting that makes it easy to see any missed clothes.
The wifi app is handy for alerting when the load is completed as the chime is too quiet and often gets missed.
The steam function is a good upgrade on an older washer and the add garment function is very handy.
The only real negative I’ve noticed is that the clothes don’t seem to come out as dry as my last washer despite the same or higher spin speed.
All in all a good washer.

Awesome Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome washer. Clothes are all coming out clean and fresh. The machine is silent and fast. I am now able to wash our blankets at home and love the ease this provides our family. We are a family of five with two adults and three teenagers, this equals a lot of washing . Especially in sports season's. I love the different setting choices, allowing me to go from delicates through to a daily wash and on to a bulky wash and how easy it is to use, makes talking the teens into using it much easier. Highly recommend you get one of these if you have a big family or pets that create a lot of dirty washing.

Highly satisfied with our new washing machine
We love our new Fisher and Pakel front loader washing machine. It is much more compact than the previous top loader machine we had and looks great in the laundry beside the matching Fisher and Paykel dryer. The laundry is more spacious now. The washing machine is easy to use and we find the time for washing normal loads is much the same as our previous machine. We like the feature of only connecting the cold water hose and the machine takes care of heating the water to the required temperature. This means our hot water system which is off peak heated is not being used for washing clothes. So far we are very happy with our new machine.

Saving favourite cycle settings - game changer!
We’ve had the machine for a few months now and I’ve worked out my favourite cycles (which is easy on this one!) and have had no issues. It fits a great amount of clothes and I’ve been happy with the wash results. I especially like that I can save my favourite settings so I’m not pressing multiple options every morning - daily wash really is just a one stop button now.
The machine is very quiet, even the ending of the cycle ( a difference from my previous one which had a little tune to signal the end). This has take some getting used to but it’s no deal breaker.

Happy Buyer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st time owning a front loader and I'm impressed. This machine is easy to use with great cleaning results. Buttons are functional, logical, easy to understand and I appreciate the 'add a garment' option. I was a little unsure about buying a front loader as I had heard vibration during the spin cycle could be an issue on a non concrete floor. I purchased little rubber pads for the feet and my 1992 house with a chipboard floor gets minimal vibration on the spin cycle (probably about the same as my previous top loader) Very happy with my purchase

Excellent Machine but no Hot Water inlet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now owned our Fisher and Paykel 10 kg S7 washer for two months. We have had no problems and are very happy with its capabilities. It is excellent value for money. Our only surprise was finding out upon delivery, that the machine only had a cold water inlet and no hot water inlet – so we are paying to keep hot water hot in our HWS and then having to pay further electrical costs in heating up water in the washing machine - hence the 4 star rating rather than 5. Apart from that, machine is excellent - operation is very quiet.

Loving the Convenience of My New Washer

First Front Loader
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Front Load Washing Machine, we have always purchased Top Loader previous.
The main reason we changed was the issues we had with the Top Loader Machine's, Tub Suspension Rods. It didn't seem to matter which brand of Machine we had within a short period of the Warranty ending the Suspension Arms would fail. The Front Loader has a different set, so hopefully a longer life after Warranty Period ends.
The other major difference is the overall size of the Front Loader is much smaller when you compare sizes.
