Rated 1 out of 5 by Jezz90 from Not happy WH8060P3 I bought this machine in January 2023. First issue only 18 Months later seal inside door failed and water all through my laundry. Fisher Paykel service call is 3 weeks and they give you a 5 hour window for a tech. If you work a normal office hours you can’t just hand around at home for half the day. I fixed the deal myself and it worked ok for a few more months, then one day lights started flashing and making a noise while running a quick cycle. After that is went to drum clean mode and won’t let me start the drum clean cycle. Same issue again waiting for a tech and it’s not a priority cause you can live without a washer but not a fridge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HCWCC from Great machine Lovely quiet machine, does a wonderful job on the washing, comes out clean and fresh. 8kg fits a lot of clothing, doesn't get unbalanced with towels or donnas. Quick wash is handy and clear easy to use controls. Drum lights up when loaded as well which is a lil bit fancy Slightly difficult to remove from packaging - but might have been easier if I wasn't by myself Lockdown contactless pickup from store was easy - after a delay of 24hrs getting the machine ready.

It gives me a clean wash and spins at different speeds for different items. The quick wash cycle is very handy and the pre soak function is handy as well. Was a great buy and am very happy with my choice. Highly recommend.

It can't handle 2 It can,t handle 2 Queen size sheets or a load with 1 bath towel a few hand towels and one pair of jeans. Just will not spin and I have to stop the machine, remove half and spin separately. Wash day has become a nightmare. I've had smaller capacity machines that have been able to handle that easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Carolyn from F&P 8060p3 Front Loader Great machine. Have always bought Fisher and Paykel and changed to the front loader ten years ago. Still have that machine and still going strong. This new one is the second addition to the laundry with the 8kg drum which is great for our average loads and the older one has the bigger drum so does the bedding with ease. The new 8060p3 has all the wash options I require and delay start timer which I set every night so the first load is almost done when we get up. Does a great wash and is super quiet. Added an anti vibration mat underneath the machine so it’s steady as a rock on the chipboard floor. Very happy with my purchase.

Nearly all functions have been tested, and we can't fault any of them. Good capacity for our family, so quiet, no movement and very minimal vibration that you only notice if you're standing right next to it. Sometimes it's the little things that count - I love that when I power on the machine that it automatically selects the last wash cycle I used. It has a drum light, something thought I never needed, but I love it. I'm confident that we will get many years use from this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by K&B1 from Goodbye top loader, hello front loader [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use machine, with lots of different setting options. We especially appreciate the 30 minute quick cycle. It has the option of adding an item after pressing the start button which is handy, and the countdown feature is cool, but not quite true to time. Only thing that I don't like about it is that the wool cycle goes for so long that for a couple of items it does not seem worth it, and the short cycle does not allow you to change the temperature (as the machine heats the water itself) so I can't make that a custom wool cycle. Appreciate the nice looking machine, and that it seems way more gentle on our clothes than our old top loader.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Living alone Mary from Size may be too big for those living on their own. My last washing machine was a F&P 5kg size which lasted 23 years and I loved it. The new machine has far more options but is easy to use and the washing results have been excellent. My regret is not being able to purchase a smaller model such as a 5kg. As I cannot reduce the water level when doing a small load, I have returned to hand washing. I just cannot justify using 68 litres of the water for small loads. I also have to wait until I have changed the bed twice to fill the machine. Please F&P consider making a smaller version washing machine for those of us who are living alone.
