Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hidden "Add Item" feature Had this machine for about three weeks now. Works well, and has some interesting features we're trying out, like the refresh cycle and the sanitise feature. Everything is great so far. At first, I was a little concerned, as I was sure I'd seen confirmation that it has an "add item" feature - but the manual doesn't mention that. It DOES have this feature. The Manual is not very complete. Some functions are accessed by pressing two function buttons simultaneously. "Add item" is one of these. You can access "add item" by pushing the two function buttons marked with the picture of a t shirt and the plus sign simultaneously ("Sanitise" and "Speed up"). Just pause the wash program, and if the door remains locked, push the two marked function buttons, and "add item" appears on the display.

It's been working for a few years and we all liked it. Recently we'd like to try the front load one and are surprised to see it's even better. It's quiet and washes everything clean. We purchased it from appliance online and got it delivered the next day, which was unusual in Australia. So far it's good. The only downside is the manual, which introduces various functions but didn't make it clear how to do a basic wash. And it took us a while to figure out. Hope the manual could be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this washing machine.It is simple enough for my older husband to use by pressing just the on button then the start button.I can then use other wash programmes for delicates and bigger loads like bedding and towels.The other feature I am glad we got was the refresh programme.I use for jeans and other pants.Put them in and after just 19 minutes they come out only slightly damp and very soft.I am already finding how clean and fresh clothes are, as this machine only needs small amount of washing liquid.This machine is far better than the last big name brand washer I had before.I had looked around at a lot of washers before I decided on this and the price was very good considering the washing programmes it has.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 9.5kg front loader haier [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look - normal front loader with partly touch screen Quantity - I had 7kg front loader before. This is 9.5kg. It is just a slightly bigger. Not much different. Perhaps due to the door size. Door size is smaller than my 7kg Function - the normal cotton will take 1 hour or so. If you increase the temperature, it will increase the time. Honestly it takes quite some time. Seems like it washs, spin and repeat for at least 3 times. It looks clean so far. The fastest one is express 15min. Again if you increase the temp which is max 40C, the time increase to 33min. Unfortunately express does not have 60C which is recommended for intimate. Next fastest is delicate which is 45min. I have not try yet as not sure it will clean properly or not Price - i bought it during sales so it is worth it. So far I am quite happy with it. Just need to make some changes to lifestyle and it will be good.

Come with customised program which I haven't tried yet cos the the other programs fit my needs perfectly. Steam wash option is perfect for people like me really hate ironing. Easy connect with wifi so can control via app.

Thanks for your question Kez. Currently, all our washer models require a minimum of 30kPa (4.5 psi) and a minimum flow rate of 6 litres per minute. If your set-up falls below this, you may need a more customised setup, or increase to meet requirements from manufactures. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO

Good question. Thanks for getting in touch. Efficiency information is provided by manufacturers and importers, and is based on energy use assumptions, and product testing results (undertaken in test environments). A standard Warm Wash without alterations consumes approximately 326 kWh and 81.0L, This is tested on approximately 7 uses per week, so costs will fluctuate depending on wash frequency. Can I stack this with the 8kg heat pump dryer or do I need a stacking kit?

Hi Sarah. We do recommend using a stacking kit to keep the dryer stable. If you decided not to, or can not use a stacking kit, we do recommend at least using a stacking mat. Both can be purchased online or in store. We do carry a selection of specific stacking kits for particular brands as well as universal stacking kits that cover a number of brands of dryer.
