Replacement for our last LG 7KG washer we had for over 10 years that never failed us once and is still going. This Series (10) 12 KG washing machine is superior in every way. In appearance and performance. Quieter, better AI functions and I appreciate the steam function so much. Our clothes just seem cleaner with less wrinkles, the once fill detergent dispenser is a brilliant idea as there is no mistake in adding too much or too little detergent to your washing loads. Great upgrade in size as we can do duvet /quilts and larger items and will always consider LG washers as a first choice option for their performance and reliability. Great buy no regrets whatsoever.

Why did we wait so long to switch?!?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG 12kg is our very first front loading washing machine. It has exceeded all our expectations alleviated all our worries changing from a top to a front loader. Average wash cycle is 57 minutes which is comparable to a top loader but is gentler on our clothes as well as the clothes drying faster. Love the Ezdispense feature, just fill and forget and the machine and/or LG app tells you when the dispenser needs a clean and refill. The app is the best, reminds when machine is due for tub clean as well as energy monitoring. We also bought the matching heat pump dryer to complete the set…..love it!

Would buy this washing machine again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hated doing washing (a family of 5) before buying this and honestly I hadn’t bought a washing machine in over 7 years, I was shocked at the prices of them now. However, I thought I’d buy LG as I like the brand and I love this washing machine. The spin doesn’t seem any better than my old washing machine (400rpm faster than old one), but the actual cycle does, and the amount of options for a clean is amazing! Plus I love the app functionality. I also love the app features, including telling how many washes you have done and the types and the ‘power’ each one uses. Overall, I’m glad I bought this washing machine as it has made washing a novelty again ☺️

Don't buy if you need to wash a full load quickly
I just bought this and would not have if LG were transparent about washing times. So warning others - if you need to do a full load it will take several hours , e.g. 3.5 hours for me. Short wash times are only for tiny loads. Unless you want to wash only 5 kg at a time in your 12 kg machine, do not buy this! The "smart" machine sets the time and you cannot change it. LG should give ballpark times for the wash sizes on their website to be transparent to customers. And not energy or water efficient if doing twice the number of loads!

Problem for second time...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had issue with the soap dispenser which didnt close properly so got it fixed and now the alarm not functioning when the detergent is empty.. technician is expected to come today..
Very disappointing, I wish I could just get a replacement.

Great Washing Machine
Pretty impressed with this. Seems to do a great job and has everything I needed. Good price too. Two things it needs though is a LED light to light up the drum as the dryer does, I was kinda disappointed it didn't have one. and the App needs to show KWh usage! Really nice looking unit and so good having the app tell me washing is done. Would like to see google assistant integration were the hub tells me it's done and would also like to be able to turn on the unit via WiFi. Overall happy and highly reccomend.

Amazing features and stylish colour
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a game changer for my life. Having a two little ones I need to do laundry everyday. I decided to upgrade to WV10-1412B and the matching heated pump dryer. What I love about this machine is I can do big load or small load of washing(using the turbo wash(1kg))depending on the amount of washing load I have on daily basis. Also this machine is super quite and I often forget that I have the washing on then it’s connected to my phone via WIFI and give me an alert when the washing is completed. Another amazing thing is auto dosing! I thought auto dosing is not necessary but I can’t live without this feature now. I can also check if the washing liquid level is low on my LG app.
This machine really improved my motherhood big time. I highly recommend :)

Constant problems!
I have had this machine for 7 months and it is getting repaired for the THIRD time next week. First time the machine leaked when on Quick Cycle only. Had it repaired and leaking continued. Had it repaired again and it was going okay, a few errors here and there but now the machine has started bouncing across my laundry! It doesn't matter whether I washed a small item, a large item, a light load, a heavy load.....it just bounces around! The spin cycle has started to become quite noisy too. Repair tech is coming next week thankfully as I have had enough!!!
