Rated 5 out of 5 by from save time & pause to add on items. The best part is that i do not need to add detergent for every wash. You just need to add once for both detergent and softener in their own compartment till max line and that’s about it. it does safe time trust me. its slimmer than my old washing and another good part is i can add clothes even when the machine is running. sometimes we do tends to forget 1 or 2 clothes and with this, you can simply add without stopping it. just pause and add!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed! Bought this machine because of power and water saving, but it is not economical if I have to buy new towels! It has ruined my towels! I have tried different settings, but the towels have no fluff left on them and have become thin and hard. This happened within the first week! The clothes are often screwed up so much that it makes ironing harder. I try a lower spin, but then I'm hanging out much wetter clothes which take longer to dry. My old top loader could spin very dry without leaving the clothes so wrinkled. It has plenty of programs, but most of them are nowhere near the 9kg. I love the delay start, but on a couple of occasions I haven't been able to use it and the error code which comes up is NOT listed as an error code in the manual. Very frustrating. I have a backlog of laundry due to not being able to wash larger loads. My old 8kg top loader washed better and quicker. The website is also very frustrating. Have tried repeatedly to register the product, but can never complete it. Wish we had never bought this machine!

Water usage has dropped a lot but the washing time can be a lot longer. Also you really have to pay attention to how you load the front loader compared to the top cause it doesn’t take much to off balance it.

Only issue some times seems a little long eg cotton over 3 hours Which seems too long a wash cycle. I usually use mixed cycle as it sensors weight and does a more reasonable time cycle. Great match with lg heat pump dryer

Does this machine have a drum clean function

Hi Caza, Yes this machine has a Tub Clean cycle. This is a programme to help clean the inside of the appliance by soaking, washing, rinsing and spinning. The manufacturer recommends running this function once a month (or more often if needed) to reduce build-up of detergent and softener and other residue. We trust this helps with your query

Does this machine heat its own water?

Hi what are the pre-set programmes on this and is there capability to use alternative washing liquid when not wanting to use the pre dose detergent?

Great question, It has a total of 13 on the dial, which are customisable. The options are Cotton, Cotton Eco, Mixed Fabric, Easy Care, Baby Care, Allergy Care, Delicates, Hand/Wool, Sportswear, Duvet, as well as Quick 14 (up to 2kg), and Turboclean 59 (up to 5kg). You can use alternative washing liquid or tablets in accordance with instructions in the book, and according to the detergent type instructions.
