Rated 5 out of 5 by from A smart sleek designed new washer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer last Sunday after my old Samsung washer reached to its useful life. I choose Samsung again because my last one lasted more than 11 years which was pretty good. I am very impressed with its sleek design, many choices of washing cycles and smart feature connected to my Samsung mobile. It does not make much noise during washing cycle. Most of the information used to labelled on the older model is now displayed on LCD screen. The price tag is quite competitive too compared with other similar models on the market. I am very happy with my purchase.

I wish there was a quick way to access a few different cycles rather than having to scroll the whole way through the list - having them at a quick glance would be easier. We were disappointed when the pump broke within the first couple of weeks making the machine extremely noisey. It was an easy process to get a warranty repair though and we havent had any trouble since. Machine does a thorough wash and we like the bubble soak feature.

The 11kg capacity is perfect for large loads, and the steam wash function works well for freshening up clothes and tackling allergens. It's surprisingly quiet during operation, and the smart features are a nice bonus for remote control and monitoring. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the app can be a bit finicky at times. Otherwise, it’s a great upgrade!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine, energy and water saver [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a growing family of 2 adults and 2 kids, we needed a large washing machine as doing 2 loads on washing day was becoming tiring and less time to spend with kids. 11kg was ideal and front laoder meant we were spending less on electricity and water . I attached my energy monitor and consumed around half the energy my old one did. Its also a water saver. Size is ideal for a medium sized laundry. Its not load so kids get a good sleep even if we wash at night. Overall a great washing machine and worth every penny.

I had that machine for 15 years. It moved house with us many times. Thought it was time to try the new version. Love the steam feature, great for sheets. It washes the clothes very well. The spin cycle is so good the clothes almost feel dry when you take them out. I like the variety of wash options and the 11kg capacity is perfect for our family. Doesn't require much detergent which was a pleasant surprise. Being black it blends away under the benchtop. Its connected to my smart phone so sends me a message when the wash is finished. Couldn't be happier with this Samsung washer.

They come out looking brand new every time. The steam wash is perfect for stuff that needs a deep clean or just a refresh. You can connect it to the Samsung app, so you can start loads from your phone and get notifications when it’s done. If you have a Samsung TV, it even pops up a message on your screen – no more forgetting about laundry! But the best part? If you’ve got the Samsung dryer, you can link them together, and the dryer will actually suggest the right drying cycle based on the wash. How freaking amazing is that? Honestly, this thing makes laundry way less of a chore. Highly recommend.

We were happy with our old one however it became damaged through our own fault. Bought this upgraded model as we needed one urgently. I have since been able to repair the old one myself. So now I have two samsung washers connected to the smart things app. Make sure you connect to smart things to get the full value of of the product. It actually teaches you a little bit about how to wash your clothes so they last b longer.
