Rated 3 out of 5 by from An accurate manual no available online Seems ok, just wish I could find out what some of the buttons do. The only manual online for this model is generic and shows a completely different control panel with a manual round dial that isnt on my newer model. Samsung you no longer provide a proper printed hard copy manual, so surely you can update the digital one so that it is accurate and reflects the exact model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Washing Machine (not for one item small load) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine 3 weeks ago, it was delivered very quickly and easy to install (except the hose was a little short but my husband got an extender which did the trick). It washes cloths well and easy to pick the settings, and has all the smart features like you can turn it on with your phone when you are away. The only thing we find is it does not do very small load well, we just wanted to wash our toddler's sleepsuit by itself but it just keeps spinning and spinning and still doesn't dry up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice and quiet but not good for big families Positives: It has many washing cycles. Its extremely quiet when on. Hardly any noise when it spin cycles. Sends a text to your phone when its completed. Negatives: Touch screen buttons, so you have to hit it in the right spot to actual turn it on or off. The cycle options only allow for a minimal amount of washing load, even though its a 9kg machine. We have 4 kids, so brought this with the hope it would be good for us, but having wash cycles that allow you to only wash a small 2-5kgs at a time for specific loads, its just a waste of time/water/power

The steam wash cycle is a definite plus for getting stuff really clean and fresh, especially for those slightly stubborn clothes. The smart features are handy for starting a load when I'm out, though I don't use them every time. It washes well and handles big loads easily. My only minor gripe is the cycle times can be a bit long, but overall, it gets the job done without much fuss.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic short wash! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this product. The online experience and delivery was seamless. The washer was fitted and the old one taken away completely hassle free. The machine is so easy to use, super effective in washing and most impressive is a just over 30 minute wash which gets most things clean fast and efficiently. I upgraded from a 7.5kg to a 9kg and while I may never use it to that weight, the extra size does make it so much easier and efficacious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good washer except for levelling instructions The good things first: Easy to operate, quiet washing, quiet spinning (after 2 levelling attempts). In short, great performance. I got a good deal online through Retravision too. Now, the bad and the ugly: The most important step in installation is levelling. But the instructions, both on pdf and online, are flimsy and confusing. No wonder a good number of users complain about spinning noise and vibrations (For those who have this problem, suggest you level the darn thing again). The first problem I had was, out of the box, the lock nuts stuck with the rubber levelling feet. When a lock nut was turned, the rubber foot moved in tandem. I had to use a plier wrench (can use locking pliers) to hold the rubber foot while turning the lock nut to separate them. Here's my note: Turn lock nut clockwise to loosen, counterclockwise to tighten. Turn levelling foot clockwise to extend/raise, counterclockwise to lower. When levelling is complete, tighten lock nut by hand first, then tighten with spanner. Levelling was completed, front back left right. Spinning sounded fine. However, problem was not over yet. After using the machine for a week, its components settled and the level was out of whack again. Had to do the levelling one more time. Finally everything is all OK :-)

It’s easy to use, washes clothes thoroughly, and operates very quietly. The smart features are especially helpful — I can monitor the wash cycle through my phone, which is super convenient. The 9kg capacity is perfect for a family, and the modern design looks great in our laundry room.
